Cool little spot for some upscale Asian cuisine. We had the dan dan noodles and wagyu noodle bowl. “KfC” starter and mochi doughnuts.

Modern authentic Japanese cuisine in the heart of Bozeman downtown. Loved the ambience, gives a New York style bistro restaurant style vibe. Knowledgeable and friendly servers. Tried out a sake cocktail mango ginger which was spiced and out of the world. Their ramens were great and we have chilly green beans

Mission Statement: To provide Bozeman with Izakaya inspired, Montana comfort. This place is amazing – top quality ingredients, creative menu items, superb taste. Austin recommended the Chicken and Waffles (what a twist!) and Local Oyster Mushrooms. We also had the Taiwanese Noodle Bowl with a soft boiled soy egg. Everything was absolutely fabulous. Great saki, too. Our server, Olivia, did an outstanding job.

I have now eaten here twice and tonight I went in and the menu had been updated with some new items. And as usual the food was amazing. Chef if you read this your brussel sprouts are a game changer the best I have ever had I could eat them forever.

Really enjoyed eating here! We had a large group and they were very accommodating. The aesthetics of the restaurant are very pleasing. I could imagine this being a wonderful spot for an intimate dinner conversation, or just an easy hang with a group of friends at the bar seating. The food was excellent, there were some good options on the menu, but not too many that it would be overwhelming. The servers were kind and knowledgeable and were just the right amount of classy, not overly talkative or interruptive, but seemed to know when to interject into our conversation. Great experience, highly recommended.

Very underwhelming, and ultimately not worth the cost. It feels like the whole thing could be summed up with the words “low effort”. It’s very difficult to overcook wagyu, but either they managed it or it wasn’t real wagyu. The wagyu yaki soba (ramen noodles; not soba) had a slight burnt taste, like something had burned in the pan, and needed salt or brightness to bring up the flavor. The miso and vegetable ramen were similarly flavorless, missing the characteristic bright umami, instead being very dull. The veggie ramen was primarily noodles in broth, with little in the way of hearty vegetables, while the miso was half leaves (and while it’s an aesthetic issue, torn tofu looks like cottage cheese. Just chop it). Overall edible, but there’s better food for cheaper on Main.

Fun, creative, delicious food was displayed beautifully on every plate that came to our table. You’ll be rewarded if you trust the chef and order adventurously. Make sure save room for the excellent deserts. My favorite was the ginger huckleberry Panna Cota but the Mochi Donuts with Lemon Curd are also outstanding.

Food was good. Sake was very over priced $49/bottle and it wasn’t even their best quality one. Waitress didn’t know about different grades of sake. I feel like that’s not too much to ask. Overall good experience just feel like we got taken advantage of on the sake
