Ordered curbside pickup using Tanner’s online provider, Toast. I arrive and park, tap the link in my text to say I’m here. Nothing. After a few minutes, I call the restaurant and I’m told they don’t do curbside pickup. Somebody needs to come in and get the order. Oh, really? I hate to break it to you but if your online ordering provider allows me to choose curbside pickup, then you do curbside pickup. If you have a problem with that, take it up with Toast. I don’t want to hear your excuses. You weren’t busy. There was no reason someone couldn’t have walked my order out. By the time I got home, all our meals were cold. My son’s BBQ burger looked horrible. Barely any pulled pork on top, no drizzle of BBQ sauce either. Uncharacteristically bad experience. Eating out is expensive. You need to earn my repeat business. Epic fail.

This is a 10 out of 10 one of the best bar/ restaurant me and my daughter have been in kc no lie they have karaoke every Saturday night and welcomed me and my daughter and encouraged us both to sing everyone was friendly and polite we spent our valentine’s day here and it was the best valentine’s day of both our lives best bar and grill ever,hands down a place I’ll definitely be going back food was delicious.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in the food industry. Walked in and asked the waitress if it was ok to sit at a certain table. As she walked by without even acknowledging us, she said “yea sure whatever”.
After we got our waters, we order at appetizer. After that the tall, young, blonde waitress never came back to the table. We tried to get her attention for 38 minutes and she would not acknowledge us.
After she sat at the table behind us, flirting with 3 young guys about her age, I went and found the manager.
I told him our entire experience and he walked with us to our table and confronted her. She stated, she didn’t even know we were her table!
This was wild for her to say, since she asked us for our drink and appetizer order.
We saw her multiple times on her personal phone in the break room by the kitchen.
After the manger told us he would comp our appetizer, the girl decided to again state we werent her table, even though we were, and decided to turn away from her manager as we walked out and started to flirt with the three young men she was doing so before.
The crazy thing was that the young guys already had their boxes and were wanting to go. As she was telling them to stay and hangout with her for a bit longer.
I would 0/10 recommend this location of tanners due to the lack of respect, lack of work ethic, lack of effort by the younger staff and horrible service in general.
Advice for the future would be to at least bring your table silver wear and napkins. After 40 ish minutes there, we didn’t even have that.

We went on a Saturday we enjoyed delcious food, and we’re pleasantly surprised that they also had Karaoke. The DJ did a great job. They played music people actually want to hear. Great vibe. Started at 8pm.

Though we arrived at 3:00 in the afternoon our service was quickly and friendly. The server was very friendly and the atmosphere was a typical Friday afternoon bar and grill with big screens and laughter.

Went there today to watch KU hoops because it was on Peacock. The three of us was having a great time, good service, good food, I ordered another beer, after 15 minutes, nothing, I asked my server again, another 10 minutes, nothing . THEY WEREN’T BUSY!! Unbelievable, guys at the table next to me were getting beers.

Spacious hangout spot with a long bar and a lot of tables. Played the basketball arcade game then hung out on the patio for a long time. We had to order from the bar each time we wanted a beer because no servers ever came to us. Then when I paid $9.00 for the plain fried chicken lips, it does not even come with a side of fries. All sides are extra. They were crispy good but really no side.

Mile Hi
Tanner’s Bar & Grill is a staple sports bar in our community. As a Denver Broncos fan in the KC area it can sometimes be difficult to get an establishment to show my beloved Broncos. Never an issue at this Tanners. Svet, Angie, and Amber have all been very accommodating each and every visit.
And Friday Prime Rib night is KILLER!!!
The $15.00 KC strip and baked potato is insanely delicious and economical! And Bingo Night is So Fun!
