Wonderful experience people & food & sake. The set up is lovely with a lot of attention to details. It’s in a unique area we call the Switzerland of Mexico. But a lot better than Swiss. Lovely team that makes it a fun experience. They respect the ingredients so much and take the mission so seriously with a lot of success. We have enjoyed the Fatty Tuna Sashimi, NZ Salmon, unique EEal Risotto, Clams, even the Miso soup at the end was amazing. Choise of Sake was so great. Super recommended even if you make the trip from Mexico City Just for that.

I only learned that Omakase was the high end style of food preparation and presentation after being seated. The web links, especially Google Maps, need to show you when one searched for Japanese restaurants because otherwise people miss it. I found it because it’s on the top floor of our hotel, Flow Condesa. Anyway, it’s one of the very best meals l have had the pleasure to experience. Maybe the best.
