First time here, and I’m so glad we went! A friend insisted we try the lobster rolls. Wow… what a great recommendation! We told our waiter we love spicy food and asked him to surprise us. He brought out three amazing, generously sized rolls, each with its own unique flavor. The pickled wasabi is a must-try add-on. It takes everything to the next level. Every bite was delicious, and the whole experience was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Some of the freshest, tastiest sushi I’ve had. I didnt know what to order so I told the server (Brandon) and he asked the chefs to surprise me & they made a custom roll. It was so tasty. We’ll definitely be back.

Listen…this would be last meal in life. I usually get a large sashimi plate with a sauce pairing and it’s perfect. They get their cuts of fish from the best oceans for that particular species And I love that. their scallop shooters are addicting. As far as rolls go, I just let the chef get creative and make something up, and it shows their talent and allows them to do something new. I do wish they did reservations, but I would wait regardless. Oh, and the staff is amazing.. Especially Brandon. I Like Brian too.

High quality food and atmosphere. Been here several times and enjoyed our experience. Never too long of a wait, even during dinner rush. There’s in-door, outdoor, and bar seating.. something for everyone here.

Tang’s Sushi in Roseville is a real gem. The meal was just phenomenal! The flavors, textures, the quality of the fish, the perfection of the rice and other ingredients are all very impressive. This place stands out from other sushi places in terms of the quality of the flavors! My friend and I split the BBQ white tuna appetizer, and the Tang Lobster, White Dragon, and the Dynamite rolls. Excellent!!! A wonderful sushi experience. The service was so friendly and kind! I can’t wait to go back to Tang’s to have an incredible meal, and talk with the genuinely kind staff working there!

Sushi in the Sacramento area can be hit or miss compared to Japan, SoCal, the Bay Area, or the East Coast, but Tang’s is the real deal.
We’ve been coming here before COVID and it’s stayed consistently solid, fresh sashimi, great quality, and is well sourced.
Tang always makes sure our family is well taken care of. He even remembers us (especially because we always order the sea bass) and always comes by to say hi.
Highly recommend, and to my SoCal, Bay Area, and East Coast folks (and our friends and relatives from Japan) you’re welcome, because we all know the struggle once you leave the big global food cities.

Like right now just get the family, friends wife, girlfriend, everyone! I’m telling you right now you will not regret it. It’s by far the best sushi you’ll find imported daily and not to mention their ribeye is a game changer! The owner Tang is absolutely awesome in everything he does if you get lucky enough to have him make anything for you, do the omakase it will blow your mind!
Everyone in the restaurant is very personable and they go above and beyond any other restaurant we’ve been to!!

Tangs Sushi is the best! The sushi is always fresh and delicious, and the service is outstanding. The staff makes you feel like family, and if you’re a regular, they even remember your favorite rolls. The best part is you can simply tell them what ingredients you like, and they’ll create something amazing from the kitchen just for you. Truly one of a kind!

First visit to Tang’s for lunch, and loved it. The food was fresh and delicious, staff were very friendly, and service was prompt. We had creamy scallop appetizer, citron roll, spicy tuna maki, and diamond roll. All were outstanding, I think we found our new go-to sushi place. Highest recommendation, we’ll definitely return.
