We tried this place on a whim, and I’m thrilled that we did! It is definitely our go to spot now! I had the combination plate..delicious. My husband had the Sezchuan chicken and was pleased with the flavor. Amanda served us and she was wonderful! Oh, I didn’t remember to take a photo until I was about halfway through. great portions

The fired chips with the sweet and sour dipping sauce. Is a great way to off the meal.
We had some amazing carb Rangoons. So crispy and fried to perfection. The cream cheese and crab filling was so hot and good.
Ordering the happy family and orange chicken meals. You can’t go wrong. Both plates are packed with delicious flavors.
Service was awesome. She really(Amanda )took her time to check on us. As well as answering any questions we had.

Tang’s Pacific Bistro in Keller is hands down one of our favorite go-to spots. The sweet and sour chicken and General Tso’s are always perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The fried rice is consistently fresh and pairs perfectly with every dish. The fried cheesecake is absolutely immaculate, crispy on the outside and warm and creamy on the inside. Everything is always delicious and satisfying, and we never leave disappointed. Highly recommend!

I must say, I have looked at the reviews on this place because for how amazing my food was I was surprised to see it’s star count to barley be at 4.3.

Seems most of the reviews are complaints about to go orders so I would recommend dinning in. And from the reviews the orange chicken seems to be the dish people don’t like.

However my experience was really good for it being my first time eating here. My food was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, we tried this restaurant twice, and the food is just not good. I first had the Shrimp Tempura, and the batter used to fry their food in, had no seasonings/taste whatsoever. They also need to clean their shrimp or buy deveined shrimp!! I can say the vegetables were fresh, and the fried rice was okay. Next, we tried the Shrimp Fried Rice. They use salad shrimp in their shrimp fried rice, and to make things even worst, the rice was gummy this time. The chips that they give you in the beginning before you order your entree, needed to be seasoned with a little sea salt, and fried fresh for each order. Most of them were burnt and cold, so the grease needs to be changed out as well more often. The sweet red sauce that comes with it is absolutely delicious though. The best thing we tasted! The customer service is alright, nothing spectacular. It’s okay as far as cleanliness too. I notice a lot of customers utilize their bar area frequently. The screen tv’s are a nice touch as well. It somewhat gives you “sports bar vibes” (which is pretty cool), for a Japanese establishment. All in all, we won’t be back, but try it for yourself, maybe it will be a better experience for you.

I have only eaten at this restaurant through UberEats delivery. In general, the food is rather bland. I have only ordered food from this restaurant because of its buy one, get one free options. On 3 separate occasions, the restaurant has “forgotten” a buy one get one free item. I’m not gluttonous so not a huge issue but when I called the restaurant to address this issue after 3 times, the solution that was provided was to contact UberEats. No accountability. If you get discounts on the food, try it out. Otherwise, do not eat at this restaurant especially since they refuse to be held accountable for employee error (or as I believe, they are scamming customers) and the food is decent at best.

This is the fourth Chinese restaurant we’ve tried in the North Fort Worth area and it had the worst food of them all (and the other 3 were also not good). It’s very disappointing as we really want to find a good Chinese food restaurant, yet this is not it.

The 2 stars is because the packaging and delivery were great. However, that was the only good part. The fried rice was just rice with soy sauce on it (and a bit of egg), the lo mein was just noodles with soy sauce (very bland), and the crab rangoons were not crispy in the slightest (the dough tasted like sweet bread dough). The really disappointing part was the chicken. The general tso chicken was flavorless (even the sauce was not good) and the sweet and sour chicken was soggy and bland.

I know the review may come off harsh; we were very excited for this meal and hopeful that based on the reviews this would be a great Chinese restaurant in a pool of mediocre Chinese food options. We were very disappointed and will not be returning.

You know, they say never to do reviews when you are upset because you may just overreact.
I have ordered from Tangs Bistro many times. I like that when i come in, it looks clean. I never sit, but i do take out. Take put is packed neatly. One thing that keeps me coming every single time is the service. I felt they had really good service. The food, to be honest, is average, not finger licking good but not bad either. I really don’t have any special recommendations on dishes.
Today, I placed an order online and all I wanted was a slight easy change. I called the restaurant 2 times and noone picked up. Normally, i would call later but i already placed the order online. Finally, some dude picked up and when i told him my request, the tone of his voice and how he responded was so annoying and rude that I responded rudely back. I was pissed, if you are having a difficult day, you must not take it out on your customers, especially the loyal ones!
It was time to write my honest review, but I had to remember the many times the nice ladies who usually pick up the phone have spoken to me with respect.
I recommend Tangs Bistro. At least try it out. They just need to keep the rude ones away from customers.

The food was good. It’s really not authentic Chinese foods but still decent. Their Happy hours Foods and drinks pricing is not bad. If you order the wings, they don’t mix the wings and the Buffalo sauce together. They give you the sauce on the side. The bento teriyaki box was not the greatest. I didn’t like how they had fresh lettuce on the bottom of hot foods. The Beef was in small little pieces. It’s was a lot of foods though. The Lo Mein was good if you have last minute lo mein craving.
