What an absolutely delightful experience! We had the pleasure of spending the evening with Richerd (our server). The food and atmosphere were amazing but Richerd really made our meal perfect. I asked for sides of eel and spicy mayo with my sushi and he even brought me small togo containers of them to have with my leftovers. We will for sure be visiting again soon.

I recently visited Tang’s Asian Cuisine in Wilkes-Barre and was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. From the outside, the place looks simple, but once you step in, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and perfect for either a casual dinner or a nice night out.
The menu is impressive, offering a wide variety of Asian dishes — from sushi and Thai favorites to classic Chinese options. I tried the sushi rolls and the Pad Thai, and both were delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh, the flavors were well balanced, and the portions were generous. I also appreciated that they let you customize the spice level, which made the meal even better.
The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to answer questions and even made suggestions that turned out to be spot-on.
Prices are very reasonable considering the quality and the amount of food you get. It really feels like you’re getting great value for your money.
Overall, Tang’s Asian Cuisine is a hidden gem in Wilkes-Barre. If you’re looking for flavorful food, great service, and a comfortable dining experience, I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be going back! 🙂

My experience here was amazing, I’ve gone multiple times and everything I’ve tasted so far has been amazing. My favorite is the Tiger Roll for 12 bucks and SO worth it. The food comes fairly quick and the space is usually very calm and quiet most of the time. Definitely recommend coming here and trying their dishes.

This is my favorite place for Chinese food. They’ve never given me the wrong order and everything is delicious, especially the chicken on stick. I’ve been going here for years and never had bad food. They have a nice variety too and the lunch special is very filling and priced well. Generous portions. The workers are very friendly. Pictured is one order of chicken on stick, which weighed in at 15oz. Wow.

Our server, Rachel, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests, including making sushi without rice and preparing extra-spicy shrimp exactly how we asked.
We were also pleasantly surprised when he brought us extra complimentary crispy snacks to take with us for the road.

We moved to the area last year and found this nice Asian restaurant in Wilkes-Barre that we go to when we shop in the area. Sunny, our server, is always pleasant and was willing to offer suggestions and even personalize my meal to my preferences. The food is always hot & delicious too. The front & back worked together flawlessly to make our visit pleasant both times we were there. Dining room is always clean too. My husband got a Tokyo roll and enjoyed it. I miss our old restaurant Evergreen in Allentown but we are happy we found this one to treat ourselves once in a while. Don’t make the mistake of letting the exterior or the huge spray painted entrance sign on 309 keep you away. You will miss a great meal and great service.
