Came by today for dessert! I had seen the sign at the gas station and stopped in. I ordered the Banana chocolate Sundae with a scoop of chocolate and also ordered the Watermelon, Mango, Strawberry with a scoop of Vanilla and 3 shakes for my kiddos. I had never had a shaved ice and ice cream like this before but it was very good! Here’s a hint, mix the ice cream and the ice and it just gets so much better, they do add condensed milk as part of the ingredients but it tasted so good with the fruit and ice cream mix. Over all my cost was about $40 for a rather large 2 bowls of the ice cream and ice and the 3 shakes. I enjoyed it and next time will come and try their wings!!

Awful experience.
I ordered the teriyaki chicken rice bowl, but the rice was completely drenched in teriyaki sauce.
While eating with a friend, an employee came by to ask how the food was. I mentioned that the rice had too much sauce. She didn’t respond and simply walked away. A few minutes later, she returned asking what she could do, and I requested a small side of plain rice. She then said her manager wanted to take my bowl (the one I was still eating from) to show the cooks and would return it afterward — which made no sense to me and felt unsanitary.
I told her that if the manager wanted to see it, she could come to the table instead. The manager did come over but insisted that my rice “didn’t look like it had sauce on it” and even showed me plain rice, saying it looked the same. At that point, I realized there was no point in arguing. She offered me a free appetizer, but I was already uncomfortable with how the situation was managed, so I declined.
Overall, the food wasn’t good, the service was poor, and the handling of the situation was unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

I’ve only gotten the teriyaki chicken and shaved ice so far, but I absolutely loved both. I ESPECIALLY loved the shaved ice ! It was a 10/10 dessert a big portion for the price. I think it was perfect and absolutely delicious and creamy. I got the banana chocolate shaved ice with strawberry ice cream on top. ❤️

This place is wonder! The workers are extremely nice and attentive. They used to also own pouch’s so you know it’s good! The food is top tier and the service is awesome! Definitely give this place a try! The egg rolls are MASSIVE and hand made!

Restaurant Review: Tango Mango – Tyler, TX
I recently visited Tango Mango in Tyler and ordered the General Tso’s chicken with fried rice, a veggie egg roll, and a tropical punch smoothie. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations.
The chicken and rice were both heavily sauced, to the point where the flavors were overwhelming. The dish also only came with three tiny pieces of broccoli, which made it feel unbalanced. On top of that, the egg roll was undercooked, which was disappointing. While the smoothie was decent, it didn’t make up for the main meal.
To be fair, the staff did ask if everything was okay with the food, and I said it was fine at the time — that’s on me. But honestly, even if I had said something, I didn’t see anything else on the menu that I would’ve wanted instead. I was also there with a friend and saw how their experience went, which only confirmed my feelings.
Overall, I wouldn’t come back, but I can see how someone who enjoys a lot of sauce on their food might like it more than I did. Personally, though, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Found this little hidden gem at the entrance of Tyler! A must stop by location! Jumbo wings and delicious fried dumplings! Only appetizers and that was enough for a meal! The staff was friendly and very helpful!

Very disappointed, we were just there a week and a half ago and the food quality dropped so much. Last time we waited almos 25 minutes but we can tasted the freshness on everything we order, this time we got our food in less than ten minutes and it was so bad. Even the shaved iced wasn’t as creamy as last time. The rice tasted old and all the food felt like it was pre-made and just reheate. Please be consistent.

Food is always delicious as so is the shaved ice! Only thing I’ll complain about is that they put 2 (!!!) people working on a Saturday night!! The poor young girl at the front and young man cooking were stressing! I felt so bad that I almost went back to help them out. I understood the wait time.
Note to management: Give these kids a raise or add more people on the schedule on the weekends. 1 less star because of poor management.
