The food is very flavorful and delicious. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and mix their flavors very well while creating unique options. The only complaint I have is how small the inside is, the tables almost feel like they are on-top of one another when it is at capacity, the food does make up for the space issue though.

My friend ordered the gyro and got stomachaches afterwards. But I need to say the chicken kabob was good. The sampler plate was not tasty: the eggplant was almost plain without any spice. The menu is partially halal. chicken and gyro are halal but kefta is not halal.

Tangiers offers a solid selection of Mediterranean food at a really affordable price point. I was impressed with the flavors and composition of the food, but was slightly disappointed with the chicken. I ordered the curry chicken skewers and they were overcooked; not to the point it wasn’t edible, but it just detracted from the otherwise solid dish. However, paying extra for the vegetable skewer is definitely worth it.

I’m going all in with 5 stars for the Tangiers. The chicken kabob sandwich was bursting ingredients- lots of cucumber, tomato etc, along with chicken. The hummus was very well made with plenty of garlic and tahini. The falafel was possibly the best Ive ever had- fried with a thin crisp layer outside and creamy inside, rich with nutmeg, tumeric, and possibly allspice (?) Different from any Ive had and very delicious. French fries were fine especially with the added sauce served on the side. The chicken kabob salad was outrageous. The mint tea for 2 was served properly and absolutely perfect. The servers were fantastic and friendly. Prices were very reasonable and the portions were more than generous. Honestly I couldn’t have been happier.

Delicious!! 5 stars for sure, will be bringing family and ALL of our out of town guests here! Staff are friendly and nice and the food is amazing!! We are bringing tea and dessert home with us! Soon to be a regular spot for us!

This was our first time coming to this restaurant and we LOVED it! Nathan and Lizzy were amazing. The food came out very quickly and tasted spectacular! We enjoyed walking through the gift shop. We got a very cute fish magnet and some beautiful coasters. Highly recommend coming to Tangiers. We definitely will be back!

My son and I had to come to Fayetteville for business. We stopped at Tangiers to grab a bite for lunch. No regrets! It was very good! I had the lamb and beef gyro sandwich. It was huge! It was enough food for 2 people! Nathan and Tabitha are some awesome people! Definitely worth the drive to eat here!
