What a fun and tasty experience!! Since the restaurant is new, we expected there to be a wait, and we happily put our name in to wait for our table. I would say to get there about an hour or so early since it gets so busy during weekend evenings. We wanted to sample several things to share, so we ordered the chicken soup dumplings, the pork and chive dumplings, chicken friend rice, teriyaki ramen, and the beef udon. All of the food was SPECTACULAR and so fresh! The staff was so kind and checked in on us several times during the course of our meal to make sure we had what we needed. The atmosphere is so unique, and we were lucky enough to get a closed in booth which was so quiet and intimate- like your own section of the restaurant! PLEASE be respectful of the staff, and don’t complain about the wait! They’re doing their absolute best to please everyone, and it was such a wonderful experience! We can’t wait to go back!!

Tucked away in a shopping center not far from the Hershey attractions is an amazing dim sum and ramen place, Tang. We tried just about one of everything…and didn’t waste a thing! It was so delicious! Hard to pick a favorite. We had cucumber salad, bok choy, dumplings, spicy chicken. Each of us had a different main dish, chicken soup dumplings (not very soupy, but delicious, I think the chicken meatball in the center was too big maybe?), spicy beef ramen, chicken ramen, and stir fried rice cakes. Plus, one of my faves, sesame red bean ball…they were huge! We finished it off with creme brulee crepe cake and a mango crepe cake (very mango syrupy). So good! Dishes came out fast!

This place was top notch. Me and my wife just had to try it, and were NOT disappointed. Everyone working was pleasant, and once we were seated service was very fast, fresh, and delicious. It felt slightly chaotic, but I attribute that mainly to the newness. One thing that made me slightly uneasy, was when we entered (it was very busy) there was a crowd of people waiting and no obvious place to check in. A customer let me know to go to the screen at the counter to check myself in.

we were very excited to see this place put their sign up. we’ve been waiting for them to open and they did not disappoint. easy to get seated because they just opened so they’re not busy yet. they had a little check in tablet at the front, as well as a to go order tablet. amazing dumplings, really fulfilled our cravings. very nice employees and the inside speaks for itself. we will definitely be coming back!

The food was great. We had teriyaki chicken ramen, spicy chicken ramen, and tried a few types of dumplings. So good. The staff was super nice. The atmosphere is really cool. Get there early and sit at a “birdcage” table. The boba drinks were also delicious . Especially loved the Thai Tea!!!

We order a variety of dishes – chili garlic edamame, soup dumplings, shrimp dumplings, pan fried chicken and cabbage potstickers, wontons in spicy peanut sauce and chili oil, and scallion pancakes with meat. I didn’t get a picture of all of them. The back of the menu had ramen and rice options. Overall, the soup dumplings were my favorite dish. If you’re looking for authentic tasting dim sum/dumplings, you may be disappointed. I love har gow/ shrimp dumplings and their dish was just okay.
The disappointing part was the service. We were seated right away, but our server may have been new? It was tough to tell because he didn’t really check on us. We placed our orders and then he barely stopped by our table. We asked for additional drinks and a new plate which he acknowledged. However, neither arrived. We had to flag down another server. He didn’t give us our check either. I believe they are a rather new restaurant so perhaps they are still working out the details.
Perhaps we’ll give it time and then revisit.

The food here was fantastic, and the decorations made gave the space a fun new vibe. Mamn was incredibly kind and helped us through the menu. Everything we ate was delicious and we will definitely be back again!
