We called in advance with questions on menu items- got a really patient and helpful response. Mutton Dum biryani, mutton karahi and rice pudding were delicious. Loved that the rice was seasoned with clove and cumin. We will definitely be back to try other items. There will be a dinner buffet during Ramadan starting Feb 18. Looking forward to trying it

Here’s a polished 5-star review you can copy and paste:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an absolutely amazing experience! The chicken karahi was rich, aromatic, and bursting with true Pakistani flavor. The Pakistani-style beef seekh kabab was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the warm kulcha naan instantly reminded me of classic Lahori naan — soft, fresh, and full of nostalgia.

The mango lassi was smooth and refreshing, the perfect balance of sweetness and mango flavor. I finished with badam kheer and a cup of ilaichi (cardamom) chai, and both were outstanding.

Every single item tasted authentically Pakistani, especially Lahori-style. Highly recommended!

✨️HIDDEN GEM ALERT✨️ WOW this was GOODDD! The food was authentic, delicious and filling. We had the tikka and butter chicken. Came with rice, and as we also bought the garlic naan. She also let us try something else and I cant wait to get it next time! Cant remember the name though. The woman inside was so sweet. This is def going to be our new local spot to stop ❤️

Tandoori Korner is a great restaurant with really good food. Everything tastes fresh and full of flavor. The tandoori dishes are cooked perfectly, and the spices are just right. The portions are big, and the prices are fair. If you want tasty Pakistani food, Tandoori korner
is a great place to go.

Absolute hidden gem! Food is always excellent with generous portions. The house-made naan is worth the visit alone. Staff are so welcoming and always ready with a suggestion for those looking to try something new!

My wife and I truly wanted to love Tandoori Korner. As a Pakistani restaurant opening close to our home, we were genuinely excited and eager to support it. We visited on opening day and, while the experience was disappointing, we gave them the benefit of the doubt, understanding that new restaurants often need time to find their footing.

Unfortunately, we’ve returned multiple times since then, hoping things would improve, and each visit has come with some kind of issue. The food has often been cold or not fresh, which is especially disappointing given the cuisine and expectations that come with it.
What has been more concerning, however, is how feedback is handled. When customers raise concerns, it’s often met with hostility or dismissal rather than understanding. Instead of acknowledging issues, the response feels like gaslighting, making the customer feel as though they’re wrong for pointing out legitimate problems. That makes the experience uncomfortable and discourages honest feedback.

I’m sharing this not out of spite, but out of genuine hope that the restaurant can improve. There’s clearly potential here, and I truly want to see a Pakistani restaurant in the area succeed. Better consistency in food quality and a more respectful, customer-focused approach to complaints would go a long way.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to grow and get better.

Stumbled on this place when I was thrifting – the thrift store down the street closed 5 minutes before I got there but I guess fate brought me down this street for a reason. I got the mutton curry and it was just bursting with flavor! Spicy but not overwhelmingly hot. The rice and the naan bread were delicious also.

Next time I’m going to come on Saturday afternoon for the buffet so I can try more variety

Excellent flavors. The naan and biryani were some of the best I’ve ever had, and the sauce in the curry was very flavorful and rich. They were out of like 4 things we tried to order off the menu, and I was given a bottle of water with a charge, which I didn’t understand since the other tables had pitchers of water. Despite this, I think we will definitely be back because the flavors were so good and the portions were very generous.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others before they waste their time and money here.

A friend recommended that we try this restaurant during their buffet hours, so we decided to make the 30-minute drive to give it a chance. Unfortunately, the experience began on an awkward note when we were told we could not choose where to sit and had to be placed at a specific table. While not ideal, we accepted it and moved on, assuming the food would make up for it.

It did not.

For $25 per person, the buffet selection was shockingly limited. The entire spread felt sparse and poorly maintained. The rice options consisted of plain white rice and a yellow rice that appeared to be sitting in a pool of oil at the bottom of the tray. The presentation alone was unappetizing. The only protein option we could reasonably find was a small portion of cubed chicken, which looked like it had been sitting there for quite some time. Overall, the buffet looked neglected, unappealing, and nowhere near the quality one would expect at that price point.

My children were immediately disappointed and struggled to find anything they actually wanted to eat. Hoping to salvage the situation, I politely asked a staff member if it would be possible to order a simple butter chicken dish so the kids could at least eat it with the rice. Instead of a courteous response, the staff member raised her voice and firmly stated that no orders were being taken and that it was “buffet only.” The interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and immediately drew the attention of the entire dining room. At that moment, everyone in the restaurant was staring at us, and the situation became extremely uncomfortable.

Rather than escalate the situation further, I chose to quietly pay the bill for food we barely touched and leave.

Driving 30 minutes for a meal we didn’t eat, paying full price for an extremely limited buffet, and being spoken to in a way that made my family feel embarrassed and unwelcome made this one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. There are far too many great restaurants in this city to justify spending time or money at a place that delivers such poor value and such an uncomfortable dining experience.

I had the buffet and it was honestly really good! The chicken was nice and flavorful with a pleasant little bit of spice that made it stand out. The naan was soft and warm and it paired really well with everything on my plate. They kept bringing out fresh trays too so nothing felt old or dried out.
