I’m a lifelong Bojangles enthusiast. In college I ate at almost everyone on Hwy. 70 from Morehead City to Raleigh and beyond. I’ll now choose to go anywhere else besides Bojangles. I get we’re in a challenging time in the workforce but here’s the deal, Chick-fil-A is doing something right. Maybe it’s time to rethink our management strategy here and do something different. I remind you that I loved Bojangles. If I get food from here now it’s a 1 in 15 chance that it’s all going to be good. I’m sorry but something has to change. I wish I knew the answer.

This is the most unorganized Bojangles I have ever visited. There was a cashier and two other employees on the front line and a third employee came up to clean. The couple in front of me had been waiting 20 minutes for 6 small items when they ask about their foot and it was another 5 minutes before they got it. We had order fries without seasoning so I expected to wait. However the couple behind us should not have had to wait. Their food was sitting on the tray getting cold when the man ask if they could get their food before it got cold. The young girl that was cleaning the front line threw her hands up, said “ I don’t know”. I ask for the manager. One employee replied he’s right there motioning towards the Drive thru. The manager never came out. I said I’m not kidding I would like to speak to the manager. Still he did not come and the couple did not get their food until my fries were done and I got my food. This was horrible customer service the only reason for two stars are that the food was hot and the the older lady in the dining room was very friendly and kind. She apologized for the long wait. I believe her name was Miss Ann. If this is the normal for this location im not sure how you stay in business other than Wallace NC doesn’t have much to choose from.

The Lagrange NC location is hit and miss, mainly depending on what manager is on duty. The manager working this morning, 2/14/22, must not be a morning person. She was at the register when I walked in, I said good morning, she said nothing. The only thing she said to me was the total for my order. After I received my tray, I asked for 3 packs of ketchup, when she put them on my tray I said “thank you,” she said “uh-huh.” In the past during lunchtime, she slows down the whole line, nothing runs smoothly when she is here. Of course, from the reviews I have read, it doesn’t look like anything will be done about it.

The Grantsboro location has to be the worst place ive ever ate. Numerous times we have received undercooked chicken, soggy fries with NO seasoning. Or just plain RUDE service. Twice I’ve been in the drive thru for 10min with no one in front of me. When someone finally decided to take my order, it started of with “What do you want?”. When I talked to the manager they said sorry he’s kinda rude!!! I normally don’t complain and I understand things happen from time to time but this has been 5 out of the last 5 times I’ve been here that it was just awful. I refuse to every eat at there again!

I use to think Bojangles was a good place to go for a quick meal the biscuits were good and the sweet tea was the bomb. Now my opinion has changed so much it’s like they really don’t seem to care any longer the tea no longer sweet.the customer service has gone down hill and as I see it they don’t care about the bad reviews. Bojangles on Piney Green Rd Jacksonville NC. Did not give me receipt, did not give me the product I ordered, when I brought it to his attention, the Manager attitude was rude and disrespectful, the manager said I should of just ate it. Then he took my food and threw it in the trash and said he will only give you a refund for what we did not receive. The manager then ran up what I had ordered which was wrong and gave me a refund of $21 when what I ordered came up to $27.87. I have been in the Food Service Business for over 40 Years and have never had a Manager work for us that was disrespectful to the customers I Suggest if you want a good customer service and good food don’t go here.

This is by far the worst franchisee operating in the United States. I do not know how the corporation has not tried to shut these people down for how they run their establishments. Over the years I’ve been subjected to extremely poor service, wrong orders, and even discrimination at one location that refused to serve me because I wasn’t “local”. Done with their Bojangles.
