What truly sets Tandoori Village apart is the warmth and hospitality. The owner and his team greet guests with sincere smiles and an effortless graciousness that makes you feel immediately welcome. They have a wonderful ability to check in at just the right moments, ensuring you have everything you need without ever being intrusive.
It’s a place where great food and heartfelt service come together seamlessly. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tandoori Village to anyone looking for an outstanding Indian dining experience.
The dall, butter chicken, and lamp dish were tasty and had a kick. Nan bread was fresh and served hot unlike the poppadoms which were not. Rice was cooked to perfection and the other condiments were good. This is a BYO restaurant so be warned.
The lighting in the restaurant is severe, and needs to change, I thought the service a little chaotic, and needs empathy.
In summary
A better than average Indian, with more than reasonable pricing.
I can say that it was the worst biryani I ever had. No biryani flavour, it was between tomato rice (with little flavour) and fried rice.
My son tasted it and calls “FAKE BIRYANI” and this restaurant “THE FAKE BIRYANI RESTAURANT“!
Ordered the Mango Chicken and Lamb Korma.
Staff are courteous and make you feel welcome.
