We tried this place for the first time on a rainy day/evening. The food tasted good but our fish and chicken dish was overcooked and dry. The service was attentive and friendly. The establishment was clean but the roof was leaking in the dining area and luckily bot onto any tables.

Finally! A place to get some wonderfully flavorful food closer to Goldsboro! We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to find this gem empty and for the life of me. I don’t know why. The food was very good. There are three vegan options on the menu. We tried the Begain Bartha and Dal Tadka with a vegetable samosa and plain naan. The food has a great spice level. Hot and good. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

A nice hole in the wall spot downtown. The buffet was somewhat limited compared to other Indian locales but the food was good. But my expectations tend to be a little elevated after 36 countries and 45 States. The service was over the top…hospitable and friendly without hovering. We will return in the future.

DELICIOUS! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, seated quickly, and treated like family. They were extremely kind, happy, and easy to chat with. When we ordered our food, they gave us a description of each item. And when the food got there?? WOW. It was mouth watering. We loved the flavor profiles and the textures. Amazing all around!

Worth the price! It was so delicious and the atmosphere was amazing. I should’ve asked for his name, but our server was so kind and sweet. I will be coming again and with more people. This place deserves more customers! I recommend the butter chicken and biryani with mango lassi.

I come from a densely populated area of amazing Indian food so maybe I’m partial but this place won’t be open in a years time.
Indian food is not French fries, it’s not iceeberg lettuce, it’s not mostly meat options, it’s not served on old fajita plates, it’s not served with Mexican vegetables. No no no no!
This is not Indian food. Go to Cary or Asheville at least. This is to appeal to taste buds of the locals and it won’t last.

My partner order lamb. A few minutes later that’s not available either.
His chicken dishes had no flavor. It tastes like boiled chicken. At least mine tasted decent. And at $20 and up per plate it’s a big no.

Food was good and sizzling hot spicy of course! Atmosphere was chill and relaxed, friendly vibes with great service. Server/bartender very knowledgeable of dishes and drinks. Will return to try another dish.

I ordered the lamb biryani it was flavor less and the meat was tough to eat and they charge you $30 for this plate not worth it. This place is not an authentic Indian restaurant. Do not waste your time going in here. UPDATE: I had to throw the whole plate away it was so inedible. I am very disappointed and mad at that and no one will answer the phone when I try to call them.

I would give a negative if possible. I ordered from Uber Eats (maybe they only cater correctly to those who walk in), but this is ADVERTISED vs REALITY.
They gave Cod, but 4 small pieces. They described “Masala fries”, and I received cold, stale, no seasoned fries (not even salt). Then they said it came with Chutney… last time I checked, an old wilted pathetic looking salad is NOT chutney. This was $18, and a WASTE. A complete SCAM.
On top of that, I LOVE naan… so, I ordered 3… why were they all STALE like they’ve been sitting out for days. This was completely unacceptable. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

We loved this Indian place! The food was so good. We got butter chicken, tikka masala, samosa, and garlic naan. I will slightly agree with the other comments, for Smithfield, NC and the amount of chicken we got, $20 per entree seemed a little high, would have liked to see more like $15-$17. But quality was still good nonetheless. Would go here again!
