Reviews
For the appetizers, we got the fried onion and garlic nan which were delicious!
My friend got the Vegetable Biryani which he enjoyed and I got the butter chicken with medium spice. The butter chiken impressed me with it’s savory flavor and i enjoyed eating it along with garlic nan. Highly recommend getting butter chicken!
Also I believe they packed extra garlic nan when I requested to go as they were closing… Thank you so much!
Will visit again when I am near by South Coast again.
Generous portions, courteous service, decent prices.
The tikka masala had a very watery thin gravy and didn’t have much flavor. The dal was good, but tasted like a regular homemade dal and not like restaurant style dal makhni. The food wasn’t salted at all and didn’t have much flavor overall, although everything was served hot and fresh, packaged well for delivery and delivered fast.
The food portion was small and it wasn’t value for money. Naan was small, almost half of the size we ate elsewhere.
Also, for the Thali, they were not ok replacing rice with Naan/Roti. They were very stringent and not at all hospitable. They showed 0 interest and the experience was very transactional. I will not recommend coming here again.
We asked for pickle with kulcha and the response was that you have to buy it. Any other restaurant would have gladly given it without making a fuss.
All in all very expensive given their small portion size and below average ambience. Not a fine dining by any means!
