The Tikka Masala was absolutely amazing, and the rice and garlic naan were spot-on tasty. I grabbed a seat at the picnic table in front of their food truck, zipped up my warm, fuzzy jacket, and enjoyed watching the steady flow of people coming and going. Some were picking up orders, others were hanging out and eating outside like me.
The gentleman who took my order was so kind—he even brought my food out with paper plates, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great food, great service, and a surprisingly lively atmosphere for a chilly day. Highly recommend.

Small menu of fresh made delights! The owner was welcoming and accommodating. So delicious! This is my only food stop in Fort Stocton, and I travel thru 4-5 times a year. Love these folks and the freshest Indian food I’ve had. Its like your uncle serving you in his backyard.

We did not expect Indian food from a food truck in Fort Stockton, Texas to be so authentic, fresh, and packed with incredible flavor. The chicken tikka masala and curry chicken were both exquisitely prepared, with tender, juicy chicken and amazing sauce. The service was above and beyond. Kinjan, the owner, very clearly cares about each of his customers and wants them to have the best culinary experience possible. It is apparent that each dish is made from the heart! If I lived in the area, I would certainly return to this place weekly. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The owner was knowledgeable about my allergies to milk and gluten and offered a delicious curry for me. The meat was tender and the sauce deeply layered with flavor! The rice was perfect and I inquired about the Indian Spice flavored Snow Cones on which he squeezes fresh lime! He offered us a cone with two of the flavors and they were both so flavorful and refreshing! Definitely recommend trying them out! They are fun!

In a hurry curry on wheels! The kitchen was stainless steel clean, passion was stirring and the St. Bernard behind the wheel was drooling impatiently. Ironically the mango Lassi was as fresh as picked directly from a tree. Perfectly sweetened with all the tropical nectar bursts right after the slurping of the straw. Though almost in the middle of desert ️, this little camp site food truck arrived as an oasis. Its aromatic scent vapors off the hot asphalt grill , inviting and awaiting in anticipation. 100 cooked rite!

If you’re anywhere near Fort Stockton and craving Indian food, run, don’t walk to Tandoori Grill. Just note it’s a food truck but soooo worth it! This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we ordered, the service was nothing short of stellar—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. But let me tell you, the real star of the show was the food. Oh. My. Goodness.
We ordered the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala and let me just say, my taste buds are still doing a happy dance. Both dishes were packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and the medium spice level was just right—enough to give that warm, tingly kick but not overpowering. We paired it with a fluffy, golden naan(which we probably should’ve ordered more of because it disappeared in seconds!) and a crispy, savory samosa that was bursting with flavor.
By the end of the meal, my belly was so happy. This isn’t just food—it’s a love letter to all things delicious. It’s rare to find a spot where literally every bite is a home run, but Tandoori Grill nailed it. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place.
Pro tip: Don’t skip the naan. And trust me, medium spice is the sweet spot-I probably could’ve gone one higher but if we ever find ourselves back this way I’d definitely come back!

Traveling through the area and wondered where to eat. This was PERFECT! The owner was very friendly & welcoming and the food was fantastic! It was 95° outside but we were in the shade and there was a breeze and we felt just fine. Looks like maybe an awning might be in the future, we spied new posts in place. String lights would be fun too. We ordered ours mild and it was mild and very flavorful. If we had not had kiddos with us, we would have gone spicy! Give it a try!

They offer mild, medium and hot on spice levels. Being from Houston this reminded me of good home cooking. It had to have been made with LOVE much needed fuel after Big Ben.
