I’ve been coming here for years. We always order the garlic fries, manty, and lagman — they’re our favorites. The boneless chicken and lamb chops are also very good, and the pilov is delicious. The quality has been consistent over the years, and this restaurant has been a neighborhood staple for a long time.

It’s not very easy for new customers to understand the menu. I had to ask other customers nearby about whats good. Also doesn’t help that most of the staff doesn’t speak English. But if use pictures you’ll be just fine. Staff has always been friendly I’ve been going here 2 years now. Food is always fantastic. I love the “Plove” which is beef on seasoned rice, “Hanum” which is basically vegetables dumplings, lamb chop, beef tenderloin, vegetables

Lagman was old and samsa doesn’t taste like tandoor samsa. Paid $18 for this lagman that’s supposed to be large. Don’t pay attention to reviews. All the good ones are from the previous owners. The new management is running this place to the ground. Large Lagman now is 3 times smaller than old large. Prices went up and portions went down and the taste is horrible. Oh my god. I live so close and it was so convenient. Now I have to get my food from queens blvd.

Everything was delicious! The bread especially as it came hot from the oven.
Weird thing was the older woman who brought me my cc slip had me sign then write my number down “just in case”. After I signed, she tried grabbing it from me before I could add an additional tip. I took a picture of my receipt just in case based on another review.
Also the prices on the menu are not updated. Total bill including their $4 tip charge was $33.50

You would not think this place has any good food but it was amazingly good. I went there for a lunch. I will go there again to try a lot more of their bbq food. Definitely recommend this place. Only issue was, waitstaff wasn’t able to speak English but they were nice.

I started going there since 2008, everything was perfect. The food was delicious. The personal was nice and it was affordable. Up ontill to this day everything literally turned upside down. The food is horrible, samsa is not made in tandoori at all and it’s not fresh, bread is not fresh. It took them an hour to bring me my order. Staff was horrible young inexperienced workers.
And they overcharged me for service fee and tax fee by adding 2 separate orders together, instead of giving me 2 separate bills. CUSTOMER BE WARE.

10/10 all around. I placed a catering order with Boris, and the type of service that I received was like no other. Let’s just say Boris will always make sure to take good care of you. Before I even discuss the food, I want to make sure everyone knows how amazing and attentive the service is here. Before I even tried the food, I knew I was returning. Now the food. Amazing and clearly made with love. I ordered Samsa, Leposhki, and Plov — all which were so fresh and perfectly made. In terms of salad, I ordered carrot salad, fresh salad, and cabbage — all which were amazing. I should have ordered more because people ate it so fast. I appreciate everything Boris and Tandoori did for me. This is premier Uzbek food and I highly recommend.
