After a long day of work and family in Peace Arch A & E we didn’t feel like cooking and so ordered a meal online from Tandoori Flare. Well, I’m glad we did, because the food we ordered was phenomenal and we now have a favourite Indian takeaway here in White Rock! Plus, fabulous value for money!! Plain food, low prices. Not much flavour and i can’t decide if the ingredients were store bought and heated, or carefully cut really uniformly.

Really delicious and they offer buffet for $17.99 on Fri-Sun from 4-8pm. We are vegetarians and stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting White Rock. Very delicious! Loved the garlic naan, mutter paneer, veg korma, and Chana masala. They had a good selection of meat curries too. Would recommend and come back!

Tandoori Flare is fantastic! I’ve tried almost all the Indian restaurants in the South Surrey/White Rock area, and I always come back here. I’ve tried several dishes – the food is delicious and consistent every time. I usually order takeout, but I’ve dined in as well, and the service has always been excellent. Highly recommend!

Second review: l want to add another review, which is more of a warning for others. A few days ago, I went to this restaurant again and ordered food. A lady at the counter told me to come back in 15 minutes to pick it up. I ordered biryani and requested it to be mild, but when I got home and started eating, it was extremely spicy. I could only eat a few bites before I had to stop. She clearly misunderstood my request and made the dish way too spicy for me. Now, a week later, I’m still dealing with a skin allergy reaction caused by the chili. In my opinion, she should work more attentively, with a better and happier attitude, as she has a responsibility in her job. I’d prefer to take back the stars I gave them, and I won’t be returning, nor will I recommend this place to anyone ever again!
