Reviews
The food was authentic, rich in flavor, and perfectly balanced. The tandoori items were cooked to perfection — juicy, smoky, and beautifully seasoned. The biryani was aromatic and flavorful, with each grain of rice infused with spices. The curries were creamy yet not overly heavy, and the naan was soft, fresh, and straight from the tandoor.
What really stood out was the consistency in taste and presentation. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, not rushed. The portions were generous, and the quality of ingredients was evident.
The service was warm and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Staff were friendly, responsive, and ensured we were comfortable throughout.
If you’re looking for authentic Indian flavors with excellent hospitality, Tandoori Flames is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended — I’ll absolutely be coming back!
It consisted of 3-5 veg, 3-5 chicken, 1 goat meat/mutton and sweets , fruits and appetizers. The possible gap was that, they do not serve seafood or fish items. Other than that, we did find all the items very tasty and the buffet is reasonably priced.
While the table service was attentive, there is scope for improvement in replenishing the items in the buffet, at a faster clip.
We visited Tandoor Flame with a party of 11, including 3 young kids, and unfortunately left pretty underwhelmed.
The restaurant is buffet-only, which was fine in theory, but the execution fell flat. We arrived right as the buffet opened, so the food hadn’t even been sitting out long, and yet the tandoori chicken was already chewy and tasted old, and the plain basmati rice was incredibly dry. If the food is this underwhelming fresh out of the gate, that’s a kitchen quality issue, not a timing one.
The pani puri station was a letdown as well. There was no proper stuffing for the puris, just boondi, which really doesn’t do the dish justice.
What really soured the experience was the to-go container situation at the end of our meal. My 2-year-old had been snacking on some cucumbers and hadn’t finished them. I simply asked for a small container to take them home, not buffet food, just a few cucumber slices my toddler had been eating. They refused to provide more than one container and were quite rigid about it. It felt unnecessarily unwelcoming, especially for a family with small children.
For the price and the experience, I expected much better in both food quality and hospitality. We likely won’t be returning.
Price per person: …
Don’t go late between 2:30 pm- 2:45 pm they have to close, clean and eat before they open for dinner. Be considerate guys. Or no buffet for you.
P.S. the service is excellent the guys are very polite and attentive. 10/10 recommend
Edit: I came back this time I took pictures, the goat briyani was just everything heaven would be. Tandoori flames just take my wallet, the food is absolutely amazing and I love coming back for more. I’ll never stop coming here unless I go on a diet which isn’t happening anytime soon . This place really do a great job in regards to the quality of the food, I’ve never been to India but it feels like I’m there every time I go there. Mouthwatering, succulent and spiced just right. This place is always busy on the weekend, why? Because the food is to die for and none of their customers ever complain at that buffet because there is something for everyone. Give this place a try. I’ve been here so many times I’ve never had a bad meal.
P.S. Tandoor Flames keep up the quality of the your food and continue the wonderful service. I’ll always come back.
