Wonderful food, clean, modest, decor. Adequate service. Wonderful new Indian restaurant with tasty food and drinks. The Daal soup reminded me of a thin split pea soup. It was a little thinner than I expected but still good. The mango Lassi drink was an amazing mango and yogurt smoothie like drink. The Indian masala tea warm and full of spice. The Alhoo Gobhi masala was a nice hearty cauliflower and potato like stew. The butter chicken and seekh kebab was good. The cheese naan and garlic naan weren’t quite as flavorful and buttery as other places we’ve been to. I don’t know if I’m not used to basmati rice but I found it quite dry and lacking flavor which might be used more as a neutral starch. My wife enjoyed the Gajjar Halwa (carrot dessert) and I liked the Kheer (rice pudding) dessert. Other than that the regional music was a tad loud and it was quite cold on this January afternoon. We talked to the owner on the way out and she was very nice and cheerful, and gave us a desert on the house which was a very nice touch. All in all I recommend you give them a try. We’re looking forward to our next visit with them in the near future and I wish them all the best on their restaurant journey!

Excellent food and service. Beautiful place. The buffet is fairly priced at $16 an adult kid under 5 eat free. The Indian masala tea was a big surprise for me. Look like chocolate but taste like tea. They also got a party karaoke room for $200, can work something out to bring your own food or they can serve buffet style extra $$

We tried Bhel Puri, Pani puri, Masala Papad, Dal and Plain Rice. Everything was excellent. In fact the owner was kind enough to replace the Pani puri since it had a bit of yoghurt, to which my brother is intolerant.
Flavour of each delicacy was authentic. Dal especially deserves special attention

Found a hidden gem today! Just 3 months old and already acting like a rockstar.
I was cruising on 99, tummy rumbling like an old tractor, so pulled over near Merced. This place looked clean, was open at 4 pm (miracle!), and I thought—why not. And boom… taste-bud fireworks!
Here’s the lineup:
Malai Kofta – The gravy? Chef’s kiss . Ordered hot and it was perfectly balanced. Koftas were soft and fresh. Only issue: the chef got a little too friendly with the yellow color. By the end my hands looked like I came from Haldi Ceremony.
Mix Veg Pakora – Absolute star! Crispy, flavorful, with actual vegetables inside (not just onion pretending to be the hero). Honestly, best pakoras I’ve had in a long time.
Lachchha Paratha – Perfect sidekick to the kofta. Not a fat naan-wannabe, not a tissue paper—just the right kind of flaky goodness.
Overall: quick service, tasty food, and clean vibes. Hope they chain the chef to the kitchen before someone else steals him!

A hidden gem in Merced , me and my family went today for dinner , the food was a vibe I loved it . Highly recommend! Must try out food over here . They guys also have buffet only16 bucks ! Their service was decent, they added complimentary rice with my order, they were polite and friendly. Food was disappointing. I ordered garlic cheese naan, butter chicken, and a lamb dish that also came with a sauce. The naan had a strange texture. My go to, Masala Express, was closed today so I decided to give this place a try and it was a total let down. I let them know I didn’t like any of their food and I was denied a refund.
