Relaxed outpost for familiar Indian dishes & Bhutanese specialties at a range of spice levels.

Food was good, but an hour and a half passed between placing my order and getting my main dish.
An update to the previous review:
I have mistakenly eaten at Tandoor for a third time. My online order for last night was placed at 6:13 PM, with an estimated pickup time of 7:10 PM – 7:15 PM. I arrived at 7:08 PM. I finally received my food at 8:03 PM. While waiting for my food, I saw a family come in, be seated, and leave out of inattentiveness. Another couple I had seen present when I arrived remained ignored for almost the entirety of my wait.
If a rush causes operations to grind to a complete halt, it is because there is no one competent in charge to navigate the rush. Hire a manager or close up shop.

My husband and I are connoisseurs of butter chicken. We have eaten at many, many Indian food restaurants across the country and have sampled many different kinds of butter chicken. We KNOW what good butter chicken is. This cannot even deign to be called butter chicken. It is chicken onion soup. The chicken was cut into huge chunks and overcooked to the point where the edges were burnt. The literal chunks of onion were awful and inappropriate. In every single butter chicken recipe you come across, the sauce is supposed to be completely blended up smooth. Not only that, but we were given mushy rice that even my children did not want to eat. And it wasn’t even basmati rice. I quite literally had to bring my order home, and create my own blend of Indian spices to add to it in order to get it to even come close to resembling some kind of Indian food.
Please avoid this place at all costs. I don’t even know how they are staying in business. And even when I went in the place was completely dead except for two people.

We went for a treat tonight. Local, small, FAMILY owned AND operated business Tandoor Indian Cuisine ❤️ I literally cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. All the kids, including the super duper picky ones were happy and full. If you haven’t been there, you should absolutely go!

I got a combination plate of three different curries which was awesome because I have never been to Tandoor before and didn’t know which curry I should go with. Their food is very flavorful, and it was fun trying so many different flavors in one meal.

Got an amazing spread at Tandoor before they close temporarily for a month!
My husband loved the Chai Tea! We ordered 4 kinds of naan, he likes the Roti with Mango Chutney. Aloo Chaat for him and Veggie Samosas for me. Loves the Mulligatawny Soup.
He got Lamb Akbari cuz he likes the curries that have more than just meat. I got the Veggie Combo for the first time which includes Vegetable Curry, Masoor Dal, and Saag. It was nice having a little Sampler, I usually get one of the specialty dishes.
Everything was sooooo flavorful. Quite a send-off! Place was packed and only 2 people run the floor so patience is key.

Food was absolutely terrible! No flavor! My Butter chicken tasted like tomato soup! The Naan was burnt on the outside and raw dough in the middle! I looked forward to this all day and was disappointed! Don’t know the watery stuff that comes out of the mustard bottle when you forget to shake it? That is what the salad dressing looked and tasted like!

Food was bland. I ordered Chicken Mughlai. It was boring and not very good. It lacked spices and the creamy flavor I love. My partner ordered Chicken Bhuna which was not great either. You would normally see oil separation, cardamoms, curry leafs, cinnamon, and a lot of chilis used in the gravy. I saw one cardamom.
The garlic naan was not good either. They didn’t even use real garlic.
I wanted to like this place because I’m not a fan of the service at The Oven. I do think The Oven has superior food.
The staff is friendly and kind. I wish this place put more detail and effort into their food.

The place had a nice atmosphere; not too loud nor too smelly. The menu selections were various and decently priced. The waiters were friendly and not pushy or monotoned. The chicken and lamb were so delicious and incredibly tender! The only thing I wasn’t satisfied about was the portion size. I only wish if the chicken/beef dishes were bigger!

This place never disappoints, I go all around the country and this is still by far the best Indian cuisine that I’ve ever had. They know how to do it right and their service is great. The food is very consistent on taste every time that I go. My family loves this restaurant.
They have wonderful vegan options
