Super clean and bright! Perfect location for my PTSD! Can’t even begin to explain how great the food was. Not cheap but worth every penny! The bartender (Wyatt) and staff were fun and engaging and even introduced us to some other patrons. What a fun time!

Fabulous dinner there with our adult children! Service was excellent (thanks, Jules! Hope I’m spelling her name correctly!). Wide variety of food, I had a Reuben sandwich and my husband had a delicious prime rib dinner. Highly recommend! Not inexpensive but well worth it. Our dinner order was put in just before a large group in another room, so they gave us a free appetizer!

Good food, great value! The food is hearty and tasty. Service was really good, attentive but not annoying. I think the restaurant could use an update perhaps, there were some spots that were worn on the wall near us which made it appear dirty. Maybe just a refresh. Recommend trying this place! Worth the drive.

I had the Crispy Chicken sandwich. It was huge and so tasty. There was a kale slaw in the bun, as well. Sweet and spicy. Homemade chips were good.
My Keto guys had the Chicken Wing combo, hubby the hottest (which still weren’t hot to him), son had Honey Mustard. They were both good and the salad was, too.
I also had a Rootbeer Cream Soda. They mix tonic water, flavor and pour cream on top. Gotta mix it up to get the full effect. Very yummy.
Only detractor was our waitress, very sweet, but not very attentive and the place was not busy – about 4:30 on a Tuesday. My husband had to ask the owner to refill his iced tea.

Great menu. Great food. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff is very nice. We sat in the bar and honestly the only complaint I have is that the server/bartender didn’t check back until we were finished. The hostess on the other hand was very informative on the specials and where to find the items in the menu. We had the Lobster roll and the Beef short rib philly. Loved them both. I think next time I’ll ask for some horseradish on my sandwich. It was more like a French dip than a philly. Call it what you want it was amazing. This was our first time at this restaurant and it definitely won’t be our last. I just need to learn to save room for dessert. They sounded amazing. Definitely give this place a try if your looking for a great menu with mouth watering flavors.

Well..what can I say…they tried, and I really wanted to like everything. But it felt like elevated cafeteria food. Puff pastry with shredded beef placed in soup was not a good plating idea. There was no flavor in the ‘beef wellington’, mushrooms were rubbery, needed a lot of salt to add at least salt flavor. Open faced sandwich toast with chicken salad was okay, lobster and shrimp- bread was really garlicky and the whole flavor was weird. Homemade chips were nice and crispy but lacked salt, and the flavor was weird. Kind of like a beef fat flavor, but it wasn’t great. Wings were intresting. The garlic parmesan was good but the chicken was overcooked. Two different burgers ended up tasting exactly the same.
As soon as we opened the door we were met with a chemical cleaning smell- bad bad bad… not a very nice decor and atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got the food in a timely manner.

My husband and I are regulars here, and have been since this restaurant opened. The staff are personable and friendly, the food is great, and we always look forward to their special menu offerings. We’ve been for dinner and brunch, and are never disappointed. Our new daughter comes with us too and the staff has been nothing short of welcoming and accommodating of our family. We’re so grateful to have such a great spot so close by! With generous portions and consistently delicious options no less.

The martinis were fab, burgers are awesome and the beer is cold!! The only reason I did not give them five stars is because I did not care for the toast and I feel like it’s a major highlight on the menu… everything else was great, will definitely be back.

Thought American eats sounded good and Tandem did not disappoint. The crispy chicken sandwich was very good and the reuben Sammy was really good. The House made chips were the best! Decent though not expa size beer list. Full bar.

Visited the Tanque Verde location with the family on a Tuesday night. It was not busy at all for 7pm. We were greeted by friendly staff and quickly seated. The place was very well kept and clean, and the interior is a comfortable atmosphere, with a good selection of music playing which was not too loud to drown out conversations. Our server was very nice and the perfect amount of attentive. We ordered a variety of sandwiches– the veggie burger, all american burger, and crispy chicken. Everything came out in a reasonable time and all were delicious! No one left hungry, and portions were just right. We ended with the bananas foster bread pudding for desert, which I highly recommend! It’s great to have a nice restaurant/bar on the east side of Tucson where it seems options are strangely limited. Prices are reasonable and in line with similar places around Tucson, if not on the more affordable side. We’ll definitely be coming back!
