Delicious food. Great portions. Quality ingredients. My friend took me here for the first time today and it’s absolutely . Marietta’s service was on point, fast and friendly. I will definitely be returning soon as I’m back in the neighborhood. The sandwiches, the curry rice plate, pulled pork fries, and the bread pudding were all extremely flavorful and amazing!

Cutest little building. I was so excited to try my first Japanese sando since I never got downtown or to Beaverton to do that. Got the egg sando and yuzu donut to go. Donut was a little stale but looked beautiful. Fast and friendly counter service with a ordering tablet for efficiency. Would like to come back for curry and shrimp/eni sando.

Stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed the katsu chicken curry. Full of flavor and fresh without much of a wait for the dish. Aesthetically pleasing and tasty! The donut was delicious all said and done for the amount of time in this quiet establishment it was better than could be expected. This is not fast food, but it was as fast as fast food with a far better quality! I recommend this place for sure!

I got the pork sandwich and it was amazing. Its made fresh to order so its has a beautiful crisp and very juicy. Wish the spicy sauce was spicier.

I ordered the pork Katsu sandwich and the bread pudding. The food was absolutely amazing. For the sandwich to be, $14.95 the coleslaw to sandwich ratio was a little less than I would like. I feel like I had more sauce than anything but it was so delicious. Banana pudding is a little small as well but very good!

Food was great and prices are very reasonable. Love it! Customer service just need a little bit of smile and energy perhaps. Nobody was there when we dined in about 430ish pm and it was nice and almost quiet. Will definitely be back for the sandos! Parking was a little tricky but glad we got street parking right at front. Time from order to food-ready was at normal wait. 🙂

Headed here on a whim, had slight difficulty finding parking but a side street behind the apartments has well labeled resident & services parking. As for the food–TERRIFIC! My first experience with milk bread. It is an added sweetness and great texture to a superbly friend cutlet sandwich. The fries alone are worth the trip as super crunchy, fluffy inside, and heavily seasoned. Their desserts of beautiful cream puffs and whipped cream sandwiches ended our trip on a high note.

Absolutely delicious! The dirty fries, chicken nuggets, and strawberry sandos are amazing. The milk compliments the meals very well. The duo team are kind and make each visit special.

Finally tried TANAKA today for the first time! It was very delicious. I enjoyed the chicken katsu sando, with curry dip, and some dirty fries! My friend had the TANAKA dip and thoroughly enjoyed it, as well. The service was quick and super friendly. The building was a bit chilly and drafty, but otherwise the overall experience was great! And in a convenient location. I will definitely be back for more!!
