The only place I’ll ever go for Thai food!!! We’ve ordered plenty of times from Tana Thai, both for take out and for dine in, and it’s been good every time.
The ambiance in the restaurant is so calming, and the customer service is top tier.
We took our toddler here for the first time today and safe to say he likes it! (and if you know anything about toddlers, they don’t like anything). 10/10 would recommend.

First time coming here and everything was great! The best thai food in NYC. The thai tea amazing, the pad woon sen & basil fried rice 10/10! You can taste all the flavors! We dined in and the service was so good, I felt at home in this little hole in the wall. The holiday vibes around the restaurant were adorable. Definitely will be a regular here from now on.

A great spot super close to Einstein’s campus! My roommate and I have pretty much become regulars here, and I always bring my family here whenever they visit. The food is delicious with good portion sizes, and the owner is very attentive and hospitable. On one visit, she let my roommate and I stay as long as we wanted to study while we ate, and she even set up space heaters by our table so we could stay warm with the harsh winter weather outside. Take-out can sometimes take a bit past the scheduled pick-up time, but the amount of food you get makes up for it. Highly recommend if you’re in the area! Go-to meal is Thai fried rice with chicken + Thai iced coffee 🙂

Cozy, friendly hidden gem. Tana Thai has great food true to the description. Food, full of flavor and spices. Staff was great. Friendly and engaging. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to take pictures when served because we couldn’t wait to dig in. Definitely worth the visit and will come back again.

Ordered take out. Got the Grilled Thai pork chops $19.95. Second time ordering, love the food. Pricing kinda pricey but the food is so damn delicious . Only negative is the serving portion especially that “little” container of rice! What is going on with that? Looked at the other reviews and most negatives where price and portions. I concur but when the food’s this good I can overlook pricing to an extent. The little cup of rice? No!

Every time I am on this side of The Bronx, I make a point of stopping at Tana Thai. Their food is excellent and the owner/hostess is so friendly. Very cozy spot always clean and the food is fresh. We love the Thai Fried Rice, Drunken Noodles and Spring Rolls. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu. I’ve done dine in and take out and both are equally high quality. I’d also recommend this as a cute spot for a date or working lunch with colleagues. The decor is nice and they decorate for the holidays. Check it out!

My ultimate fav Thai spot in the Bronx. Food is always consistently well seasoned, and delivered on time. My repeat orders are the chicken satay and sticky coconut rice together (thank me later), the salmon teriyaki, and the spring rolls or curry puffs.

Whole experience was horrible. I ordered food to pick up and came when received a notification that it’s ready. It wasn’t ready, which is ok, but the woman was very rude and was acting like it’s my fault it wasn’t ready. After she handed me the order, she, literally, closed the door in my face. I don’t know how they work in the service industry ♀️ I came home to realize that they gave me small fries instead of large. And they charged $10 just for that fries. They gave me shrimp Tom Yum soup instead of chicken, whole soup (and I ordered large) had 3 shrimps and about 5 little mushrooms, also they added onion, which I’m allergic to, not even listing it in ingredients. I was hoping for the Thai Iced Tea, but no, that one also was not drinkable, it is way too sweet. I love Thai Food and have it at least once a week. This one was the worst I’ve ever been to,
