After we finished eating here a roach was running all over the restaurant and the waitress didn’t even see what was going on this its the worst restaurant ever

This is my honest opinion. I hardly ever post a review but this place was horrible. The customer service is nice and on point. The waitress was lovely. The food however, was horrible. The food was colder than my nutsack in deep water, more bland than my ex girlfriend, and so dry that shamwow should patent their methods. The area had flies and that’s never a good sign. I’m not a picky eater but the food is just hard to swallow. I’ll never come here again.

If you want to look for some buffet to get your value back for the money you pay. Tam’s is the place to be!!!! They have a bunch of seafood here and it’s great seafood and it’s less than 10 dollars during lunch on weekday. Where can you find a place like this in Richardson. Also, staff are really nice and helpful. I will return when I’m craving for some American chinese food.

Tam, her brother David, & their entire friends & family strive to make your meal the most enjoyable they can. Special requests are often catered to if you just are as polite & ask nicely as they themselves always do. They share a great selection & at a fantastic price. If there is something you Like? = let them know, if there is something you do not like? = let them know that to. The people here try very hard to make everyone happy & with such a large selection & different types of food…i think they do a super great job + remember this & that is if you find something not to your liking…pass on it & go for something else, I am also surprised they can offer as large of a selection of seafood items on a buffet & don’t forget to have some icecream…its better than average.

Horrible experience. Ended up calling the Richardson Health Inspector. We will never return. Food was kept in poor condition. Wait staff put back “unused” plates into the rotation for others to use. List goes on and on. Cleanest area of this place was the bathrooms.

I love this restaurant. It is an inexpensive all you can eat buffet they have everything from soups to fried foods to bake Foods Seafood pork beef for $10 a person. I thought it was so nice I’ve been there twice.

Oh my goodness this is my first time here the food was absolutely nasty. If I’m PAYING to eat here it’s only common courtesy for the food to be fresh. Honestly everything was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there since yesterday. I do not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Save yourself unless you feel like staying up all night with the “runnies”!

Disappointed! This restaurant was part of my childhood memories. I hadn’t been here in years and decided to go back with my family. Only to be let down. The place was dirty, understaffed, and it had a bad smell. The food trastes old and there were not so many options. I should have just kept it a memory instead of coming back.

This place was horrible, we came in around 6pm on a saturday, nearly empty that should have been a good clue but we were hungry and its hard to mess up chinese right? Wrong, all of the food seemed old like it had been out for hours, some was cold. Even the biscuts were hard and seemed stale. By far the worst was the sweet and sour chicken, tough,chewy, and had a fishy taste. had to use my hands to tear it apart and found huge bits of fat in it. And now im sick, been in and out of the bathroom since 10pm with food poisoning. I wouldnt let my dog eat at this place. To top it all off, my meal, with just a lemaonade was almost $15..

This place needs a lot of attention. This place has a very dirty feel to it. tables sticky soy bottles dirty. Food is not that good at all. Took someone’s advice to have the ice cream because it was OK and it came out like chocolate milk. They charged me 100.00 for this meal. DONT WASTE MONEY.
