Tam’s was a great find. After hiking Mt. Rubidoux, I stopped in for the first time and really enjoyed it. The food was good, service was quick, and the place had a cozy vibe. I’m definitely glad I dropped in.

This was my First time ever eating at a TAMS BURGER ( very small parking lot ) I went inside to eat ordered a bacon avocado cheeseburger chili cheese fries and a drink the burger was just okay nothing special the chili fries same thing just okay. The special thing here is the service. Very friendly people. The lady at the register was very nice and also brought me my food ( food was done be4 I filled up my MUG ROOT BEER ) super fast service and the prices are reasonable

I ordered the 3 piece fish and chips plate. I was told they don’t have fish and chips. Just a 5 piece fish dinner. Ok I got home the French fries, onion rings and zucchini where cold the garlic toast was hard as a rock. And I was not given any tartar sauce. Last time I will go there again.

Me and my husband have been coming to Tams since 2015. We have never been disappointed and have got many things from the menu. Breakfast burritos, hamburger, chicken strips, taco salad, chili cheese fries, club sandwich, zucchinis all great tasting. But on the top of the list

This place has gone down hill in Food quality and customer service, I ordered on door dash and when I got my food it was all under cooked, the hash browns were raw, barely cooked on the outside, bitting into raw potatoes are gross, bacon was undercooked which is bad cus it’s pork, when I contacted door dash they didn’t seem to care, just had an oh well blah blah policy and no refund, I contacted tam and spoke to a lady and was assured that my next experience will not be like that and will remake my order. Before getting tams again I called to make sure I would get my food remade, I spoke with Fernando who said he was the manager and asked twice r u the manager, his customer service was horrible and he was rude, I explained the situation and had to argue back and fourth with this person about getting my food remade, what kinda garbage customer service and experience is this? I was just told no worries I would be taken care of when I first called then this rude person, I’m never giving my money to this place again, whoever owns this place should know that your losing customers and your manager and employees (cook) don’t care cus they still get a paycheck no matter if you lose many customers, this place could be way more profitable if the quality of the food and the customer service was top notch. My friends also agree that this place went down hill. a banner that says under new management will be the only thing that brings me back to this place, sad that me and my family spent so much here but not anymore.

Came in an hour before close, they weren’t upset or snobby on it. We had just helped our homeless friends build a fire for warmth, so we were covered in silt & cuts(from collecting & breaking of pallets & fallen branches). Wide-eyed faces were anticipated & within acceptable ranges w/o me feeling embarrassed.
The food was good, came out within a few minutes honestly. Fresh & deliciously burgery w/o the extra grease or too much veggie.

The food is good here but drive-through service is bad. I always request extra items with my food like roasted jalapeños and they always forget to add it to my bag. This already has happened three times. Sad that I couldn’t enjoy the food, the way I wanted to.
