I am uncertain about what has occurred with this establishment. Recently, the quality of the food has been unsatisfactory. Today, I ordered tacos, a dish I had not previously tried here. I was quite disappointed; the tacos were rather poor in quality and quite expensive. I paid $13.50 for three tacos that included numerous ingredients, though I am unsure what exactly they contained.

The young lady at the window is super sweet! Went two nights back to back which says a lot about prices and great customer service. All condiments and silverware are included everytime which is rare at the drive thru these days. Prices are very reasonable and food is authentically prepared. Will definitely return!

I tried tams for the first time at another location and loved it, so we tried another one, and it was disappointing.
The restaurant smelled like cigarettes, maybe from a drive-thru vehicle, I’m not sure. The restroom was really filthy, and the service was not good. The food was great but still on my last visit to the other tams I ordered the same thing and it tasted better there.

I never understand why they give you hot food in a plastic bag
Duh it sweats
The paper bag inside instantly ripped when taking it out. Smh
Now I don’t have a placemat

Tams burgers are always on point and fire. But in my honest opinion, there’s nothing like Tams #9, with that being said chili cheese fries were still very good. Can’t go wrong with anything here.

Love the food, but when there’s an older lady there, she always gets my order wrong despite me asking her if it’s what I ordered. Always at breakfast time, she was there on May 21, 2025, around 8 – 9 am
I mean, you still get your money. I still eat the food and give my kids the pancakes or French toast that I didn’t ask for, so they’re happy, but you wouldn’t have gotten a review like this and I would have enjoyed my hash brown ♀️

I ordered a chicken dinner they gave me deep fried flour ,old salad, cucumber was old and sour, lettuce was yellow I paid $74 dollars for a bunch of fries
