Ordered “crab stuffed jalapenos” and got little rolls of breaded and fried crab stuffing, no jalapeno in sight. Wouldnt take off bill after i sent back. I asked out of curiosity and to prove a point if the “stuffed avacado” had an AVACADO in it and they said yes of course its stuffing in an avocado… but guess jalapenos are different..

The worst service I’ve ever received here. I went to the register and asked for the manager. She stated he wasn’t there. The waitress walked up and looked me in the eye and said, “you got a problem!” I said yes, “YOU”!!! I was then offered free chips. I said, “I don’t want free chips, i want service and drink refills”!

Went in with a table of 4 on Thursday at 5:30pm. Parking lot was full but we got sat right away. It was happy hour for margaritas. Portions were good on the crawfish enchiladas & quesadillas, but the tacos al carbon were small & served with only salsa. Chips were thin & crisp & salsa is served heated up…I like that. Server was friendly.

Look there food was amazing and the lady who took my order was so nice I tipped her 5. But when I first walked in there was three servers talking and I told them I needed a menu to order to go so one of them handed me one went back talking and the way it was handed was with attitude. So when I was ready to order I interrupted there conversation again and one of the servers the skinny one looked at me with attitude and said I don’t take to go orders im going get the one who does rolled her eyes went through a door and it was like 10-15 minutes passed when the lady i needed got to me. I’m telling you that waitress lucky I was at work and had to go back to work because I would have taught her a lesson.

I’ve been dining at the sister “store” in Morgan City for years – this was my first time to the Bayou Vista location.
The menus are nearly identical but not 100%. I’ve always been a fan of their Enchiladas Suissas (Green Enchiladas); my wife had a Taco Salad. We were not disappointed. And either location is a win.

Myself and 3 of my friends were in town visiting family when we decided to stop an have a margarita.
We were greeted and when the hostess went to seat us, a waitress by the name of Marta stated, we could not sit in that area. We would have to be seated in the back near the kitchen. No, be mindful, 2 other groups came in right behind us of a different race. And was greeted and allowed to sit in the area, that Martha told us we couldn’t sit in.
Say less!!
It’s really sad to think we still live in this type of society. Hopefully something will change. On the other hand there’ll never have to worry by seeing a dollar of my money in that establishment again.

Food is excellent best food anywhere when you are craving Mexican… nachos chimichangas I recommend. Kid friendly you won’t be disappointed. Our server was phenomenal the greatest dining experience. Well worth the expense.

The steak is very tough and chewy. Seating was quick . The waitress was weird an hoovered to see her tip while taking my cash out to pay the bill. The food is very bland and doesn’t have much flavor.

I want to say something good for them, but I can’t find anything special to describe it, because there is nothing special and you will forget it once you eat it. The beef is so hard that you can’t bite it, and everything else is okay, so it’s nothing special. My only highlight is that their main margarita is extremely delicious.
