We had an early dinner here a Monday night so we were seated immediately. For cocktails my wife had the Coco Guava without alcohol and I had the Fortune Street Bridge. This was the most unique gin cocktail I ever had and I really cannot describe it other than it was tasty and enjoyable. For appetizer we shared the Tabla Espanola. Everything was excellent. For main courses my wife had the Porter House Pork Chop. It was very good and not dry at all which can happen with pork. The asparagus was basic but the Yucca with tomato sauce in it was very good as well. I had the Cazuela De Mariscos (seafood stew). All the seafood items were cooked perfectly and the broth was excellent. It came with white rice which I chose to put in the stew. For dessert we shared the Caramel Flan that was a special. It was very good also. Atmosphere is basic but nice and our waiter was efficient but not entirely knowledgeable about the menu. Regardless, we have added this as one of our go to places when in the area. It’s nearly in the shadow of Raymond James Stadium.

Thank you Mike and Faisai for an amazing dining experience! Came with a party of 7 and glad we decided to come to this restaurant.

This place is the real deal. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth, energy, and authenticity that makes Cuban food so special and mainstream. Everything tasted wonderful, full of flavor, and cooked with real care.

The Cuban sandwich was rates #2 but really should be #1. Everything we ordered we were not disappointed. The service was friendly, welcoming, and without feeling rushed. You can tell this restaurant is run with pride and love for the culture including customer appreciation. If you want authentic Cuban food, this is the spot and I highly recommend it.

We stopped at this cool place right after a Yankees spring training game. Cuban sandwich, seafood salad, and coffee were all delicious. Price was reasonable, and service by Roxanna was really welcoming.

Absolutely amazing hidden gem. Don’t know why more people aren’t talking about this place. Highly recommend the albondigas, pork chop, and squid. Great cocktail menu, too. Atmosphere was perfect. Can’t wait for another date night here.

Great food and great vibes. We started off with the fried fish and calamari. Both were delicious. The fried calamari was cooked just right, nice and tender. For my main course I had the beef roll. It was unique and very tasty. The skirt steak was cooked just to my taste. I would highly recommend coming here.

One of the best spots in Tampa.
The food was unreal, but what I love most is seeing our Spanish culture preserved and blended so beautifully with American culture right here in the heart of West Tampa.
Grateful for people who put their heart into places like this and keep our culture alive. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a family reunion today, and we had scheduled reservations for 25 people a few months ago. I would have expected them to be better prepared for such a large group, but they were not. The owner, server, and everyone else were incredibly friendly. It took a few hours to serve everyone’s meals and drinks. My husband’s drink took nearly an hour, however this was due to the fact that the server was also the bartender. The food was good but not great. Overall we had a great time. Hope improvements will be made.

First time visiting today for lunch and I definitely will be back. I had the devil crab cake and it was filled with very flavorful crab meat. Their specialty is the Tampeno Cuban and it is nicely pressed with a perfect amount of crisp. Atmosphere is lively and decor and rustic and cool. I highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful lunch or even a unique date night spot.

As a Tampa native it makes sense that I would be excited to try a local establishment giving props to the locals. Happy to say it did not disappoint! Located near Ray Jay Stadium it’s a step up from the neighborhood sandwich shops, but still fits in nicely due to its warm and friendly atmosphere and good food. The bar is much nicer than I expected and the service was great. The manager always manages to stop by and say hello. A few outdoor tables are available and they are now open for lunch. It’s got a laid back vibe that could make this a regular spot in your foodie rotation.
