Despite what the other reviews said, I decided to stop by Tammy’s. I wanted to try it out for myself. It was a little hard to find, but once I did – I realized it was something special. It reminded me of family run restaurants out in rural CNY. Sure, the owners are not like servers in other places, however, I personally enjoyed how quiet they were, and how they didn’t put on fake smiles. It was great to be in a quiet place where I could eat and collect my thoughts. They are a small neighborhood restaurant, and the food was great and at a nice price.

Good food, decent coffee, quick service and not much else. If you want a quick breakfast before work (open at 5am) this is the place. If you need vegan, gluten free or kids menus with crayons, you should keep going. Cash only and plenty of street parking.

It’s sad this place survived when a lot more grateful mom & pop diners closed with Hier Cuomos edicts. If you don’t like talking to people, why are you in food service? It’s comical to me to hate your job while being your own boss. Went in with my 3 kids to get breakfast because the Clubhouse on the blvd was closed for the day. I fed 1 adult, a teenager, & 2 toddlers for $40. I gave her a $10 tip out of sympathy because once the boomers stop coming in, the place will close.

Basic small neighborhood restaurant. Stopped for breakfast. 2 employees visible, cook & server. Since this was my first time here, unknown if this is usual. Order taken promptly & served within short time. Had hash & eggs with coffee. Total check $10+tax& tip. Eggs cooked as requested, hash was probably canned, but everything was satisfactory. Nothing fancy, but fresh.

Came in at 930 ish on a Monday morning w only one customer even there , They’re only open for a few hours and close at 1230 if not sooner, I came in and requested a simple blt that is clearly on they’re menu, I arrived at 930 and was told they don’t serve blts or any lunch sandwiches “this early” which makes no sense bc they close between 11 and 1230 everyday and also didn’t tell me what time they do start serving them was very impolite and uncomfortable setting and I ended up having to order two side’s of bacon and toast just so I can bring it home and make a BLT for myself very disappointed

This place was so scary. It felt like the beginning of a slasher film. The staff was emotionless and cold. The place was dark and old. We were hoping the food would make up for the creepy atmosphere but it ended up tasting expired.

My 5 year old son and I love going out to breakfast on a Saturday morning, a little man’s morning out, fast teddies was out of business so we went here, I showed up, Noone talked, I just sat down, the atmosphere was very thick with unwelcome. She almost seemed upset I brought I child. I said I’d like coffee and I also said I wanted orange juice, she then replied “so you don’t want coffee” seemed to have and attitude but maybe not, no pancakes and no menu, I was so confused. The food was super good but the service was awful and I’ll never go back. My son didn’t pick up on the rude atmosphere and he had a blast…. Being a child must be great lol.

I have no idea how she stays in business. Went in with my Mom. We felt like a bother to waitress and felt the same way some of the other reviewers seemed to feel….unwelcomed….was kind of scared to eat our food, sauage and egg sandwich not good…didnt finish, coffee cups were filthy, as was silverware. I recall same experience back many many years ago when first opened. Would love to support local business…but not places like this….
