Fresh hot food.. got a mix of Japanese and Mexican and it was all good. Chips and salsa included with the Mexican and soup with the Japanese. Kids portion is just as big as the normal portion. Lots of left overs to take home. Average price $10/p Would Recommend!

Food was amazing! The portion sizes were also great. The only downside was the wait and gentleman that worked the drive thru wasn’t very helpful. He wasn’t rude or anything, just busy. Also they advertise that it’s Japanese and Mexican cuisine on the signs outside, but it is only Japanese .

The food was really good. However I had to reheat it once I picked it up. I had driven to the window and ordered. The employee was very nice and told me it would be ready in about 10 minutes. I came back to the drive thru window in 10 minutes only to have to watch as numerous employees walked by, made eye contact multiple times, and never acknowledge me. This went on for over 6 minutes. I was only able to get my order after I called their number and asked for someone to bring me my food. I attempted to remind the employee that this was poor customer service. Her response was to tell me they were really busy right now as she turned and walked away. I drove around the building again, and there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. I counted 6 employees that ignored me at the window. So take your chances folks. This business needs to make note that there are 3 other just as mediocre Japanese restaurants within 2-3 miles of this one.

Went to this place for the first time tonight with my husband and son. We had to wait to be seated because they are only serving half capacity which is completely understandable. Once seated we already knew what we wanted to order since we looked at the menus while waiting. We all three got seasame chicken. Our server got our drinks, soups and salads out right away then we waited an hour. Yes one hour. He never came back to say sorry or to tell us what was going on. We watched a couple that was seated about 10 minutes after us, finishing up their food.
We got up and walked to the front and the server met us there. I said we are leaving. It’s been an hour. My husband offered to pay for our salads and the server said, “ no”.
We had to drive through Panda Express and get my son some food then we called. The manager was very nice, however she did nothing but make excuses. One of them was that our chicken comes with zucchini and they didn’t have any chopped!!! I have been a restaurant manager myself, and customers are not always right. But if you are aware that they are walking out due to waiting an hour, you best be following them out the door and giving an in person apology. She knew exactly who we were when we called which means she allowed the kitchen and the server to fail. I am more disappointed on how they handled the situation then I am on waiting for food.
Also kitchen staff has masks that they are wearing on their chins not over their mouths. Didn’t see this until we walked out. Be ashamed of yourself tamikos!

We waited 10 mins to be seated, then another 10 mins for our drink order. Placed our food order and it finally came almost an hour later. The meat was way overcooked. When we told our waiter we just got excuses. Asked to speak to a manager but no one ever came. Again told the cashier that the food was way overcooked and again were given excuses. Not once were we offered to remake our food or to compensate us on on bill. We definitely won’t be returning customers.

Decent, standard Japanese dining experience for the area. Personally, I’d rather go to Sakura (roughly the same quality food for a little cheaper). Their mushroom broth soup is actually very good. We had a little bit of a weird problem though, we both ordered sesame chicken, and it came with no sesame seeds. When we asked, they just said they were out, and didn’t offer anything as compensation. I remember when this place first opened, you got a free small scoop of ice cream after your meal. Its definitely gone way downhill since then. For the total bill, we could’ve had a nice dinner somewhere else. Me and the wife won’t be back.

Good food. I ordered the chicken teriyaki. You get quiet a large plate and I ordered a side of carrots. It was good. Upon entering we got a broth to sip on which is really good. The salad is lettuce only nothing else. The waiter forgot our salad so we asked and finally got it but it was a small bowl of lettuce and no dressing only the yum yum sauce. Other than that food was good.
