Ised to be the brst but they’ve cut corners to the point where i can no longer support. Just paid 50 bucks for crabcakes delivered that were all filler.
This place had the brst crabcakes in midtown for decades so if they’re letting that slip everything on down is a risk im not taking again

Tamber’s has been, and continues to be, the absolute best hidden gem in the city for quality Indian food at reasonable prices! I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to live many places around the world, and I love to eat. With food containing a flavor palette as complex as korma, vindaloo, or jalfrezi, you have to get it right. Anything less is just a cheap knock-off. When you want it right… When you want it authentic… When you want it served with a smile… Come to Tamber’s!

Ordered tandoori chicken and was super underwhelmed by the flavor. It’s saucy and kind of flavorless… the rice was clumped together. I was a bit hesitant because they have an American menu as well.. I’m highly disappointed… very small portion for 20 bucks….

Honestly one of my favorite spots in Baltimore near Hopkins. I used to go about once a week just to enjoy the vibe and good food. Miss you guys!

Nice environment. Traditional American and also fine Indian cuisine! Wow… Follow your nose because looks are deceiving! Seems like a classic American eatery outside… BUT! Excellent Indian food inside. My wife and I followed the sent of exotic spices and were wonderfully rewarded! Friendly service. Across from Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore.

I ordered my meal through a third party app, I did not visit the location or eat in.
I ordered the Chicken Korma, Samosa and Gulab Jamun. I thought the Samosas were tasty and well spiced, but, they are the smallest Samosa I have gotten from any restaurant. The Chicken Korma was very good as well, nicely spiced tho I could have used more spice, Plenty of delicious jasmine rice to accompany it.
This was my first time eating Gulab Jamun, I am not sure about it. It tasted alright, maybe it was a consistency thing for me. I am not 100% sure I enjoyed it. Could it be the time due to delivery? It was cold, is it supposed to be? I am not sure, but perhaps I will try it again someday where I can order it in.
Overall, a good and tasty meal, but may not be my first choice.

One-of-its kind Indo-American restaurant with great owners and wonderful staff! I recently hosted my baby shower at Tamber’s and cannot say enough good things about this place and people. From Day 1, Harry and Ashu (the owners) were so polite, accommodating, and helpful at each step from planning to execution. I was quite nervous about hosting a baby shower before I zeroed in on this place and met with the owners. Right from the beginning Harry and Ashu assured us the best services at best prices and made it all seamless for us accommodating all our dietary and non-dietary requests. They and their staff did all the heavy lifting from beautiful baby-girl themed decoration, seating arrangements, serving hot delicious food, drinks and music. All we had to do was dress up and enjoy ourselves. The ambience was relaxing and the small kids had a lot of fun due to ample space to run around. In the end, everyone had a great time and made memories for a lifetime. A big shout out to Harry And Ashu and their staff especially Mr. Morrisson!! Highly recommend this place that offers a unique blend of Indo-American food for events. Definitely my go-to place for the next party. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience!! Posting some pictures from the event 🙂

Tamber’s has an extensive Indian and American Menu but on this visit we came for a taste of their Indian Cuisine. We ordered the Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Jalfrezi and Stuffed Naan. All Indian dishes are served with a side order of Steamed Rice. Our selections were well portioned and tasted GREAT! The curries in our selections looked similar but tasted totally different. We couldn’t get enough of the stuffed naan…cheesy, garlicky, oniony and spice overload had us wanting more. Shoulda probably ordered 2!! The perfectly cooked rice rounded out the meal. Definitely recommend!!!
