We ate a different Thai restaurant on Kauai, and they actually recommended that we try Tamarind. We are so glad we did. The owners are very friendly and are willing to make items off the menu if you are very polite when asking. The soups were tasty and the best on the island. The kee mao was savory and spicy. The Thai coffee was sweet with a unique aftertaste. I highly recommend this place!
