Expensive. Food was ok, not that bad is a true compliment here.
The menu says bean burritos are $2.50 but my receipt shows I paid $5.72. Smothered bean burrito was SUPER spicy so be careful and aware in advance. Beef and bean burrito was a soupy mixture wrapped in a tortilla. The second picture has “505” brand green Chile on top, much better.

Always one of my favorite! Consistently great food. I default to their breakfast burritos and tamales! I love their green chili and buy it in a pint when I want extra for home. Their family packs are perfect to take and treat family and friends for holidays or gatherings. I highly recommend going here if you haven’t been!

One of my favorite breakfast burritos in the metro. Good price. Super fast service

The atmosphere was very generic. 3 maybe 4 tables that you could sit at. The main problem was that I ordered a egg, bacon and potato burrito. What was handed to me was an egg, bacon and semi cold chopped up french fries. It was horrible. I have been going to Tamale Kitchen since late 1980’s. I realize the locations are different. But this was the worst ever.

I’m sorry to say but this particular location at least has really gone downhill the food, Is specifically the Sausage Breakfast burrito has really gone downhill. I got up this morning thinking I’m gonna go and having this as a treat when I ate it I threw away half of it but I thought no this is nasty. I don’t know about anything else but don’t go there for the sausage or breakfast burrito anymore it’s gone downhill big time.

The guy here who takes orders is EXTREMELY RUDE when I asked a question about the food. I had to walk out because he was so rude and I will go to the other location from now on. I do not recommend this place AT ALL.

Im not sure what happened to this spot I use to live in the area and now dont. So the past two visits I was on a lunch break and they didnt have what I was asking for. Can’t say I’ve ever been to a tamale kitchen that was out of steak and beef. The food is great…. if they have what you want.

Went on a Sunday to get food at 130pm and they were already closed even though posted hours are until 2pm… their service is always terrible… it’s too bad that their food is so good otherwise I would never go…

I get the same thing every time I go, Usually about 3 times a week! My fries are almost always crispy. Chili is pretty consistent and hot at times like I like it. It’s really a go-to for me. Only tamale kitchen I will eat at. The others aren’t as good.

Cheap Mexican food, under seasoned. If you want a lot of food for cheap, this is a good option. Otherwise, try some other local Mexican restaurants.
