Paresa’s signature restaurant offers diners something special, with breathtaking views from its clifftop setting and great food to accompany. Our Thai and International chefs create simple and wholesome cuisine, focusing on the quality of the ingredients sustainably sourced through trusted local farmers, fishermen and producers of fine ingredients. Chef Franko, our Korean/Australian Executive Chef, then adds his touch with a sophisticated and distinctive cooking style learnt whilst training in France. Talung Thai’s cuisine and chefs were awarded a Michelin Plate in 2019 and 2020 for their results. We have merged Diavalo and Talung Thai into one area offering open terrace and inside seating.

Reviews
As for the service, the people was very friendly but the wait time was incredibly long for the food to come, there was approximately a 20 minute wait between each meals, especially from appetizer to main course was exceptionally long and we were starting to get full waiting for the main course.
All in all, The 5000 Baht spent was definitely not worth the experience. Would not recommend.
We celebrate 40yrs-old birthday on the lawn overlooking the sunset with champagne & canapés. Simply stunning & intimate!
Then we move to restaurant for private dinner and fireworks. Food & service, all was excellent. Highly recommended!
Special thanks to Mr. Bank for his excellent service.
The experience at this restaurant was quite mediocre and didn’t meet expectations.
Food
• We ordered four main dishes recommended by the server. Although the restaurant claims Michelin standards, the taste didn’t even match that of street food. After a couple of bites, it became difficult to continue eating. If you’re looking for good flavor, you’d be better off going to the Patong Night Market.
Environmental Issues
• During the meal, bugs would fall from the trees above. Some landed on our heads, while others fell onto our plates. About three to four bugs dropped every minute.
Pricing
• Water comes at an additional charge, costing about 280 baht per bottle.
View
• The view was average and didn’t provide the expected cliffside ocean scenery.
Service Issues
• The service was generally slow. After paying in cash, it took the staff 10 to 20 minutes to return the change
Conclusion
The overall experience didn’t live up to Michelin standards, so I would advise others to carefully consider whether to visit.
