This is such an incredible bakery. I was visiting Kennebunkport recently and ordered a birthday cake and cupcakes. Michelle the owner is so kind and went above and beyond for us, even for some last minute requests. The cake was not only delicious but decorated so beautifully and exactly how I pictured. The cupcakes were also delicious and were very special for our event. Thank you Michelle! We will definitely be going to Talula’s every time we visit!!

I hosted a baby shower in my home for approximately 20 people in March of this year. It happened to then also be the day of a snow storm! Prior to the big day, numbers would change and Michele could not have been more responsive and cooperative. On the day in the storm, her and her husband then delivered everything to my home. Ordered a cake for my wife’s 40th from Talulas. Wonderful cake, all of our guests loved it. We had a fully catered party and even though our guests had eaten quite a bit, they still ate and loved the cake. It was a large blueberry cake and would highly recommend.

This is the kind of baker you wish for in your town. The owner took time on her day off to bake a rush birthday cake for 20 people (found out I needed gluten-free last minute). C’mon! When does that ever happen? And the Black Forest Cake with the white frosting and big perfect black cherries ringing the perimeter of the cake … rave reviews. In our busy hectic lives, it’s nice to me able to not only receive great product and great service, but also a warm welcome and friendly demeanor.

Initially went in to Talula’s for a cake for our 25th anniversary party, and ended up having her cater our entire event. Our cake was beautiful, exactly how we envisioned, and was absolutely delicious. She worked with us to create the perfect combination of appetizers and food to serve at our event from start to finish, and everyone raved about the food. Completely exceeded our expectations. Talula totally listened to our vision, and with her knowledge and talent, she made it happen. I recommend Talula’s 110% for any of your culinary needs!!

On short notice, Talulas prepared a lovely 3 tier, delicious chocolate wedding cake with just the amount of raspberry filling, (not overbearing) beautifully decorated with buttercream frosting with buttercream roses and fresh blueberries. ( A design suggestion made by my artist sister and translated beautifully by Talulas.) We also needed gluten-free cupcakes, the best part was the suggestion by Talulas to compliment the wedding cake design w/matching roses and blueberries on these cupcakes. Would highly recommend this bakery for all your special occasions.
