This was the best pizza I’ve had in years. The pizza was fresh and hot, with perfectly crunchy, fresh dough and two types of pepperoni—absolutely delicious. I asked for Parmesan and red pepper flakes and was told they didn’t have any, but honestly, I was glad because the pizza was so good it didn’t even need them.
Seating was a bit hard to find, but only because it was busy on a Saturday. We still made it work, and they clearly do their best to accommodate everyone. We also left with four different desserts for the family, and wow—they were amazing.
They didn’t have any cheesecake left, but when we mentioned it was for our mother, they were kind enough to bring one out from the back and even added extra cookies on top to make it special. The care and thoughtfulness they showed behind the counter truly stood out. The strawberry cake was incredible, and I can’t wait to order it as my birthday cake. We’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful bakery with tons of delicious food items and coffee. It is authentic Italian and their baked goods are always fresh. It can be a bit pricey but it is definitely worth the experience! The inside dining areas are so beautifully decorated and they also have the option to sit outside. They even have a deli area you can check out when you’re finished eating with tons of authentic Italian grocery/food items to buy and take home. The bakery is pretty small, the line can sometimes be crammed to the door, but the workers take orders quickly and keep the line moving. Everyone working there is always very friendly and helpful. I recommend coming here and checking it out!

This place is amazing!!! They always have a lot of freshly prepared pastries, desserts goodies and pizzas available. We have had so many different amazing pastries and pizzas. Everything has been absolutely amazing!!! This is my favorite bakery! We drive over an hour to come here! Appreciate them always making my favorite stuffed croissant when they don’t have any available. Means so much to me! They have top notch staff that always greets you with a smile and is willing to answer any questions.

I didn’t think something like this existed outside of Italy, Paris, or New York. I was blown away! Very impressive coffee, desserts, pastries, Italian groceries, candies, and it was just so nice to be there!

We didn’t specify if our coffees were to go, but they easily remade it. The food was so perfect – try a variety of sweets and savorys.

Make sure to check out the groceries, and follow the hallway all the way around to the cute outdoor seating area.

Reliable Italian bakery, the chef imports much of his ingredients from Italy (including the coffee which us roasted fresh).

Wide selection of pastries, plus something I had not heard of before: Pinza.

This dough uses a blend of wheat, soy and rice flour that makes for a unique, lighter crust.

I went twice this week! Once with my husband and once for my best friend’s birthday – both times were incredible! My favorite place in Summerville now! Thank you for taking such great care of a new customer like me!

My husband and I came here on a Saturday morning while the farmers market was going on. This place was quite busy, but the service was still excellent and attentive. We each order some coffee and shared a savory Danish. (I don’t know the name of it) It was probably one of the best pastries I’ve ever had, perfectly buttery and flaky! I instantly fell in love with this place and I am looking for to going back!

Newer bakery in downtown Summerville. There’s 2 sections to the place. One side is a small shop that sells olives, meats and many other things. The other side is more of a cafe feel with homemade pastries, desserts and coffee. The decor was beautiful and there were cute little nooks that had some seating. My husband has celiac so it was nice to see they had some options like the GF Ube cookie which was actually really good. I liked that they had little handles on the espresso cups! I thought the pricing for the pastries here were pretty steep for the area we were in. Some of the small ones were about $4 each.
Overall it’s a nice vibe and they had good variety.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to pay champagne prices for grocery-store wine, look no further than Talucci’s Italian Bakery. They’ve somehow turned a $16 retail bottle into a “rare vintage” worth $129. Maybe the real magic here isn’t in the baking, it’s in the markups! 800% markup on retail pricing is not just greedy, it’s audacious!

My guess is this review will be received with nasty defensiveness…which is expected from this lot. I understand the cost of being a small business brining authentic Italian groceries to our town. Okay…thank you, but don’t rip us off. That’s just disgusting!

We heard the rave about this new bakery/coffee place and decided to make a drive from West Ashley but let me tell you, this place worth the visit!
Such a cute place with plenty of Italian bakery and I ordered the Dubai chocolate cookies, it is a bit pricey ($8) but it was so good. I also bought the loaves of bread, my kids really love it and iced coffee latte.
I am very particular in ordering my bread and pastries because I want to make sure they don’t use enriched flour (We try to avoid anything that has folic acid added to it) and I spoke with the owner/baker and he showed me the flour that they used, which is Italian flour without all the nasty stuffs and imported directly from Italy.
This place also has quite selection of Italian goods, sandwiches, and cozy area to hang out while you are enjoying your coffee/dessert.
Talucci’s is definitely a MUST place to visit!
