A very interesting, busy, kinda loud but friendly place. A little confusing for a first time visit. You place your order up front, they do the cooking in the middle and the seating is in the back. The tables and chairs looked vintage, plates and silverware miss- matched. You pay on the way out. One the the workers said long time customers bring in their old plates etc, and that’s what they use. Our meals were quite tasty and filling. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Delicious food, awesome no-frills (just jokes) service, free wifi. This local place is a gem. I’m just passing through but if I lived here, I’d come back every day! Thanks guys for the awesome breakfast – you set me up for the day

Talk of the Town Cafe is a small, cozy cafe with seating for about thirty patrons. It’s the type of cafe where you go for the company as much as the food. There is a nice selection of self-service coffee, supplied by a local roaster. The staff is friendly and attentive. There is good variety of classic breakfast fare with a lot of pick-it yourself options. The food is good and reasonably priced. I’m going to add Talk of the Town to my breakfast rotation, you should, too.

Owner is goated with the sauce. Food is always good, especially for the amazing price tag.

First, super friendly workers. Very patient and humorous. We got there just before the lunch rush so our food hit the table fast. I ordered the Memphis bbq and potato salad was not disappointed. Great portions on both. It got very busy during the lunch rush and the owner of the establishment jumped in with both feet to help his two servers. That says something because every table was full and the food got out quite efficiently. Coffee was great. I had the salted caramel and again not disappointed. And it sounds odd to say this but you need to check out the men’s room there. No spoilers.

Very fun and spunky way to start the day. Staff of real people who are hella helpful, friendly, and a little entertaining . Food and coffee spot on for me. I have never been here before, but absolutely coming back. Instantly shared location and pictures of decor to my children and family members. I would encourage anyone to stop here if you are rolling through. Very welcoming.
