Talia’s Coffee is hands down one the of the best coffee spots around. What really good out to me is that they make a macchiato the correct way, rich espresso with just the right touch of FOAM! You can tell they truly care about the craft of coffee and doing things the way they’re meant to be done.
The atmosphere is also so incredibly warm and welcoming. Its’s the kind of space where you actually want to sit and stay a while. Joseph is especially amazing, he’s so knowledgeable about coffee and always a joy to talk to. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it makes the experience even better.
If you appreciate real coffee and friendly people, Talia’s is absolutely worth the visit!

What a fantastic find! This place has a quaint small town feel, but carries big robust flavors! The coffee, pizza and salads were top notch. Outstanding flavor blends with bold takes old favorites. Don’t sleep on the pastries either. The lesson here…quality ingredients matter, but skills and service make the memories. Can’t wait to visit again!

This place is incredible! I came here over the holiday as we stayed at a cabin near ferguson. I grew up in a small mountain town in NY and have lived in Washington DC and several other popular cities in the US. This place ranks on the top 2 coffee shops I have ever been to. My family (7 of us) and I came her and got various drinks which were all delicious and made very quickly for a busy place. Additionally, we had several sandwiches all of which were exceptional. The atmosphere is super comfy, as you are surrounded by books, art, musical instruments and tasteful merchandise. This was one of my favorite pleasant surprises in my adult life.

Talias is a good, small bite, local restaurant. Service can be a little slow but staff in kind. If you like a sweet coffee, this is the place for you. All their drinks are a little too sweet for my taste but the food is great. Stop by if you’re in Wilkes!

We spent the weekend in NC from Ohio and went to talias every day! They are amazing! Coffee was awesome, the only problem is to choose from so many options! I ended up trying 2 per day, one with my food and one to go ! Croissant sandwich for breakfast was so so good! (I had the Capitain America! ) All my friends also loved their food choice! I heard the soup is to die for!

Honestly, just look at the open faced avocado sandwich. I shouldn’t have to say much else after that, but I will. Have you ever wanted to taste something that your own body hasn’t realized it had wanted? Look no further, just go in and feel the ambiance of a life you feel welcomed to. The atmosphere is comforting, where you feel you can cozy up to a book on a cold winter day. The people? Well, they treat you right. No bs, no fuss, just good home feeling service. Not like your brothers and sisters home, who argue over where to eat or that they can’t be in public with you. This is like that first date where everything actually goes right, you feel you can either take on the world or leave it behind as none of it matters to you as you have the perfectly flavored coffee at your fingertips. you don’t need Starbucks, you need Talia.
