I ran out of my favorite bag of coffee Danger Zone and made my coffee run to Tala. While there I had my favorite cappuccino. I love the special touch added with a beautiful heart ❤️ this is one of Libertyville’s best hidden gems. Not your run of the mill coffee shop. Each coffee drink is crated with perfection and served with a smile ❤️☕️

Tala is hands down our favorite coffee shop in town. My wife and I are here every week (sometimes more), and it never disappoints. The staff are awesome, friendly, attentive, and they always make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed but lively, perfect for catching up or just taking a break.
And the muffins… seriously, delicious. You should try it.

Came in for a couple of drinks and ended up committing to a long-term relationship with the wait. The drinks were fine, but the time it took to make two drinks was impressive in a way that felt almost intentional. Staff did not seem in a hurry.
At this point, I’m not sure “Tala” is the right name. Might I suggest “TaLater” or “Eventually”? Great place if you’re not in a hurry, aging wine, or waiting for a solar eclipse.

I love this place. Super nice spot to sit and chill out with super nice and helpful staff. They even have stevia, as someone who is diabetic, this is very helpful. Coffee tastes great and it’s like a treat every time I go!
