Nyc native approved 🙂 this place would survive in any city. This is one of the best sushi restaurants I ever ate at and I am PICKY. I don’t like the taste of frozen fish or smelly fish. Everything here is incredibly fresh. Get the 18$ sashimi roll, it is an EXPERIENCE. no rice and only fishies. It is phenomenal. I get everything no crunch because it really ruins the freshness of the fish. I try to go every week. I love this place. Will upload pictures next time I go.

Love this sushi and ramen spot. I have had ramen in a few places in the area and Takumi is my favorite for ramen. I highly recommend the “Sashimi Sushi” (added a picture of it) it was divine and I swapped the asparagus for cucumber. I also really appreciate the fact that they have red bean icecream and I had it fried ofcourse lol ! it’s hard to find redbean ice cream at sushi spots these days. Very friendly staff and clean establishment highly recommend.

Found this place on Google maps after my Favorite sushi restaurant was booked / full. Decided to give Takumi a try after reading the reviews. A bit skeptical due to the fact I’ve driven by this place several times and never noticed a packed parking lot. We looked over the menu and ordered 2 appetizers. Only one lasted long enough to take a picture. Both were fantastic, Mango tango & Tuna dumplings were plated like one of the best 5-star restaurants showcasing their best nouvelle cuisine. We also tried the Sushi Sashimi for two, the Foxy Lady Roll, and the kiss of fire roll. Simply AMAZING the meal was accompanied by miso soup and a small salad. Hello, Takumi Sushi, my new all-time FAVORITE in the Lehigh Valley. Great place for everyone, not overpriced, and has excellent service. BYOB

We arrived for lunch. Food was satisfactory. We ordered teriyaki salmon and chicken. It was not hot, but warmish. The service was absolutely horrible. The waitress rolled her eyes, and was condescending/rude when asked questions regarding the menu or we asked for more tea and water. We asked if they’d take a picture of our party, we were 5 people, they stood there and stared at us. We asked a couple of times and got nothing. Mind you, the restaurant was completely empty. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Service and sushi-making were a bit slow, but overall the food was good and did not disappoint. If you forget to BYOB, there’s a store right across the street that has plenty to satisfy all your adult beverage needs!
