The food was amazing until my LAST bite I found a ROACH in my soup!!! I was furious and refused to pay for our meal. The staff was very understanding and we left without incident!

We went to this restaurant, thinking it would be a unique place. My daughters were really looking forward to trying the food since they love it. But honestly, we left completely disappointed. I don’t recommend this place. First, we had to wait about an hour and a half just to get in. Then the waiter was slow to arrive. When he finally came to our table, we ordered drinks, but it took about 30 minutes for them to arrive, so we had to start eating without them. I asked the waiter for napkins, but he said they were out. The grill took about 45 minutes to even turn on, so it wasn’t until after an hour that we could start cooking the meat and making our ramen. Then, half an hour later, he came to our table and told us we only had six minutes to leave. We didn’t even have time to eat the meat we cooked or our ramen. And when the bill came, they charged me around $35 per child. It doesn’t matter how much the food costs, but if they’re going to charge that much per person, they should at least provide decent service. I definitely won’t be returning to this place. Look for somewhere else with better service and better prices.

Don’t come with a large group! So you have a 2 hr time limit, cool not sure why someone would need so long till I am sitting here. Waiting on a waitress that has disappeared….again. No drink refills, well kinda not true after trying to find her, and we were done eating, she shows up and asks if we want one. Still haven’t gotten the bill, I’m sure our group size means automatic gratuity, lucky for her. Ordered an item twice and twice didn’t get it. Cool maybe they are out but you could tell me not act like your putting it in.
If managers or owners see this the table behind us had a very pregnant lady that was busting her behind. Getting refills explaining what the items were, helping them figure out the menu. We saw her multiple times stopping, checking, making sure they got taken care of. Big kudos to her I really wish she had been ours.
May try again sometime but no joke if we get the same waitress I’m walking out. She just showed up for our bill, finally, and her attitude is amazing (100% sarcasm)

The atmosphere was inviting and clean. the wide variety of foods for the buffet, bbq, and hot pot were all fresh! They have oysters which put it over the top for me! The hot pot broths had great flavors. Lots of kid friendly options – mine loved the ice cream bar. The service was very fast and friendly. They have a limited waste policy for the amount of food you leave behind (charging for excessive leftover) which I truly appreciated on a moral and ethical level. We will definitely be back to support this business.

Not a fan but the girlfriend was lets try the experience. So lets start I’m not a fan of going to a restaurant and having to cook my own food if I wanted to do that i’d stay home. Food it’s either over seasoned or none at all. Salad bar it’s not don’t expect much maybe 8 choices and god forbid you don’t like something they will charge you $13.99/lb for wasting food oh and 2hr limit on eating. I’m like I don’t want to spend 2hrs eating no it takes them 2hrs to come back and ask you if you need anything. The outside of the building is dilapidated inside is ok. But the bathrooms hold it. I had been drinking water and had to go open the door and pow the smell of urine yeah because the toilets don’t flush and when do they clean them god knows. I’m a guy so I can stand and go ladies good luck if the woman bathroom is like the men hover is all I can say. Now getting to the food girl friend orders the ribeye what she get 1 slice about 1/8th of an inch thick ok I know it has to be sliced thin to cook but 1 slice never mind asking for more as the waitress showed up just to give me the bill. $30 per person. The most expensive steak i’ve ever ordered. Not a place I will visit again and I suggest save your money go else where.

I had the Korean Kimchi hot pot, my wife had the Thai hot pot. We also tried the Chicken hot pot. We ate every item in the Hot pot section and the BBQ section. Highly recommend the beef belly, and beef bulgogi. There are a large variety of sauces, veggies, and fried items to choose from.
Prices are very cheap. They have some multicades in the lobby to get in some classic MK or SF2.

We almost left once we pulled into the parking lot just based on outside appearance and just a few cars parked.

We had such a good time grilling and cooking food in our hot pots. Best bite we had was the gyoza (in the dim sum section of menu). Loved the smoke garlic pork belly that you cook on the grill.
The interior is modern and nothing like you’d expect from the outside.
Service was very fast.

Husband and me have been here a few times for date night or with friends.
Always a good experience, sometimes they forget a side order, but its all you can eat with a 2 hour limit, so you can just reorder.

Finally stopped in! A must try for every foodie. Highly recommend stopping in on a weekday lunch strictly because it’s 10 bucks less, lol. But if u fancy higher quality meats and options, dinner is best. Everything was very good. Fish cake and Japanese marble sodas stood out the most for me. The Korean grill meats wear a little fatty, but i just ate around it. Come hungry. (The retro arcade games were fun for the little ones)
