This was my second time ordering, and both experiences were great. The first time I did pickup and everything went smoothly. The girl who helped me was nice and professional, which made the experience even better. I ordered the quesabirrias with consommé with braised beef, and they were amazing. This time I ordered the same thing but with braised chicken for delivery, and it was just as good. The food is consistent, which I appreciate. I’ll definitely be ordering for a third time and recommending them to others. I think they would be a huge hit if they had a location with dine-in seating and maybe even a small patio.

I have had Takozz from both the food truck and the Hampton location. It never disappoints.
The food was timely, the staff was friendly and patient, and best of all the food was phenomenal.

Ordered uber eats for pickup and it said it would be ready in 9-11 minutes but took a half hour. The tacos were fair but they didn’t put onions like I requested so that was appreciated. The chips and queso were tasty but super overpriced. I assumed it would be a nice size bag chips like most Mexican restaurants but it was about 15 chips total and a half full cup of queso for $6.50.

Red salsa (HOT):I love spicy food and I’m usually disappointed when something labeled “hot” barely tastes mild. Their hot salsa actually has a legit kick. If you think grocery store “medium” or “mild” is pushing it, then this salsa isnt for you.
Cheese dip: Good. Not complex, pretty basic, but it absolutely hit the spot. I mean it’s cheese lol where can you really go wrong? The chips come as an individual portion (probably 15 chips max), which I actually appreciated because I hate wasting food so this was perfect.
Chicken & Steak Quesadillas (one of each): Both meats were marinated well and had pretty decent flavor. I do think they’re cooked on a flattop because the chicken and steak had a similar finish, but honestly, they were both really good so I’m not complaining. They came with fries, nothing specia but slab alittle salt and ketchup on there and you’re good to go.
Overall, everything traveled well, containers were sealed, portions were fair, and the flavors were there. Definitely a spot I’d order from again.

The Birria tacos were amazing!!! The green salsa was amazing, the consume was delish, and the flavors just pop in your mouth. I am a fan!!! Great amount of cheese, and I like when the tortilla has crispy cheese edges…No complaints…a must try! I would’ve added a photo, but my tummy would not allow it.

I’ve only ever ordered delivery or pick up. This has become our go to spot. Consistent great quality, flavor, and prices. Definitely use their app for the best deals and easy ordering. Anytime I’m missing my beloved Guadalajara, their birria always hits the spot. I just placed an order and totally forgot to get the flan. Don’t be like me, don’t forget the flan and elote.

The food is great but the business setup on Hampton is sketchy.
Ordered from the restaurant website and when I finally found where I was supposed to go a woman at a delivery hub counter told me it was DoorDash. So who got my money?
Also I tipped, who got the tip? Why did I end up picking my food out if a LOCKER in the wall? And the cherry on top was it taking 30 minutes longer than expected.

This place never disappoints! My family and I are so excited to get our favorite restaurant from the Metro East in St. Louis now. It’s a great value for the amount of food you get for what you spend, and everything I have tried is PACKED with flavor . Highly recommend trying the quesabirria or tacos but don’t sleep on the quesadillas and the nachos either.
