This place was awesome! The food was delicious, very insta worthy and filling! Im used to Mexican restaurants having tiny portions, so my 1st mistake was ordering a lot here! It was sooooo good, and bringing my date here again! FYI, that curtido was SPICY in a very good way! The drinks were sooooo delicious too!!!

The Quesa-Birrias are delicious!!!! They were stuffed with flavorful meat and the cheese pull was insane!!! The steak taco meat flavors were also delicious, just had too many red onions which are very powerful. When I say flavorful I mean you don’t need sauces to make it taste like something you can just eat the meat by itself. I liked my watermelon margarita on the rocks, wish it was frozen, however I love the fact that you can take it to go. The pickled onions were very spicy! I wasn’t a fan of the green sauce, but I didn’t need it!! I can’t wait to go back to this establishment and I’m so glad that my mijo recommended it!!!!! The customer service was great!!! Those Quesa-Birrias were definitely the star of the show!!!!

Most definitely enjoy this place fresh. Once it gets cold it’s not worth it. Food was very dry and cold. Steak taco’s were bland and dry. One taco was cover in grease.

Stopped by late the other night with my hubby and we ate the Quesadillota with carne asada with onion, cilantro So good, I love the handmade tortillas. Worth the price. My favorite salsa is the green one spicy, creamy and good consistency. My hubby liked the steak burrito he got with everything. We drank the pineapple and cucumber- lemonade.. they were ok not the greatest aguas frescas ..i have had tastier But overall good & decently priced for the portions of burritos and quesadillas. Definitely coming back soon !

I had the quesabirria tacos and they were so delicious! The meat was tender and full of flavor and consommé was great too! My friend had a steak torta and they said it was delicious and the meat was tender and seasoned just right.
I also ordered a small pozole which was also very good! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
The young lady who took care of me was really nice and helpful. They also have horchata,cucumber lime and jamaica drinks.

Was door dashing in the area so I stopped in based off my girlfriend saying she liked the pastor tacos and also for them having margaritas . I ordered at the register but when I said for here she said that I could just take a seat and she would have took my order from there. She was very sweet about it. I ordered 2 pastor, 1 steak, and one birria taco. For my drink I ordered the watermelon margarita. Just like any other sit down restaurant it came with free chips and salsa and also pickled onions with habernos. My food came not to long after. it was fresh and hot. The pastor was delicious I tried it with the pickled onions. OMG it was amazing. the steak was tender and well seasoned. The birria was juicy and overall the tacos were a hit. Now I try margarita’s every where I go. If they have em I am trying them and there margarita’s did not let me down at all. I was very impressed with the presentation of it as well as the flavor. Could have had me fooled but they taste like a drink from del toro. If anyone knows that place then you know what I mean so so good perfect balance of flavor. Ended up getting the mango one too. yessssss it was great too. Know I know they say to leave a five star review for a free pina colada but even had i not read that I would have still left this review . Everything was much better then I expected. Try the margarita’s if you go for sure. I entend to come back and try other items on their menu. this was my first time and they did not disappoint. If their is anything bad for me to say it would be that I was a bit cold in their. turn the heat up a little.

So I been going there since they open..I really like there Monday quesa birria and Wednesday gringa de birria special. But yesterday Wednesday I send my niece to pick up food for her, me and my daughter. Keep in mind the specials went up from $9.95 to $10.95. That is totally ok since everything is going up in price. But I have been going there since the day they open. And yesterday My niece comes back from takitoholic. And she goes u owe me $17 dollar. I was like “what” why!? She said the gringas were $16.99. so I called and told them y wanted the special. That what was the special off the day. She says the gringa de birria. So she contradicted her self when I said then, y did she charge my niece so much. When all we got was the two gringa birria special and a loaded potato. Total was almost $50 dollars. So she told me. That the special has changed only for Wednesday. That the gringa that was on sale for Wednesday was the gringa de pastor. Not the birria one. I was so upset because we were trying to save money. That’s y we when with the special for that day, when we usually pay like$24 to $25 for the two orders. Plus the loaded potato. It usually comes out to $35 or$38. Not almost$50. My think is that when my niece place the order. The server or the one charging her should of said something. Instead she just charge her with our saying nothing. But she did tell me it was the gringa de birria special, through the phone. That’s when she started telling me it just happen today that they changed there special only for Wednesday. No more gringa de birria but gringa de pastor. So here is another value customer that is not going back no more. U guys can’t be misleading your customers. If the special had change, you has a business need to inform your customers when they are ordering. I would of not order nothing and waited for Monday special. Or gone somewhere else to eat. But your employer didn’t. Take the time to inform it’s customers of the change. So misleading. No apology or nothing. They didn’t even when want to make things right. So that’s y me and my family are not going there no more. And we go there allot, not just for Monday and Wednesday specials. But also for Tuesday taco special. There carne en su jugo. But after this misunderstanding and misleading we won’t be coming back. There are many more places with better customers service. That probably taste as good or better that you guys. I just like going there because I leave in the area. But I’ll be seen taco boom more often now. There quesa birria and gringas are better.. There consume is nice and spicy with alot of flavor. You will not be over paying with them. Or prime tacos. They have the famous flaming chitos burger & there quesa birria is on point also fire. So if you guys don’t want a pastor gringa or quesa pastor just don’t go to takito Holic on Wednesdays. Because that’s there special now. It’s crazy that I’m informing people of this change and not your employees when people come in to get the special off the day. Like you should of said something because u will be getting allot of upset people with this new change. That’s one of things, that made you guys really good. Your birria specials.

Stopped by Takito Holic while in the area and tried the birria meal, chips and guacamole, and a steak street taco. My wife had the same, except she went with the chicken taco. Overall, the experience was solid.
The consomé had good flavor, definitely one of the highlights, but felt like it was just missing that one extra layer of richness or spice to really push it over the top. Still, enjoyable. The birria meat was super tender, which we appreciated. Only downside? The cheese. There was a lot of it. Not a dealbreaker, and some folks might love that, but I personally would’ve liked the meat to shine a bit more instead of being smothered.
Chips and queso were solid, and the tacos were satisfying. Cozy little spot near Midway, and the staff was friendly.
Would I come back? Yeah, especially for a casual bite if I’m in the area again.
