ordered pizza from Takis the other day and it was fantastic. I ordered it with heavy sauce, sausage, pepperoni, and green peppers and the taste was really really good. Plenty of toppings and the crust around the edge was nice and crispy. When you first walk in you just want to take a deep breath because the restaurant smells so good. I was very pleased with my order and will definitely go back again.

It was my first time there. Overall, it was okay. We got a pork pita and Gyro with Greek salad. The Greek dressing was really good. The sandwiches were tasty but were average. I do recommend this Takis.

From Chicago so I love a good gyro and have them all the time. Haven’t had one since I came to leesburg but passed this place a few times and finally stopped. Nice looking place, it was getting close to closing so worried about quality you could tell servers were ready to go(cant blame them) but the worry went away the fries were fresh and hot and the gyro was very good!
I asked how big they are cause in Chicago they give you huge portions. The woman said it was alot but I should of got extra meat cause im still hungry. But next time I will!
Otherwise food was good and hot, tasted good definitely to go back!
So I guess you shouldn’t go here late. I’ve gone back a few times later at night, and they don’t seem to want to cook. I even heard them mess up my order. And the guy told the other guy to wash it off. That alone made me not really want the food Of course, I could still taste it, once I got home. If you don’t want to cook, you should just close, why should I have to pay for your lack of wanting to work with my meal that I paid for . I order a gyro extra meat definitely didn’t seem like extra. I even said something to the lady didn’t seem to care and said it looked like a regular one. I even said when I walked in. Is it too late to place a order? And she said, no, but I guess I should have not came in. I worked all day just like these guys in the kitchen. Sucks I had to pay for it with a subpar meal cause they’d rather go home than take pride in their work. And it was gyro and fries not tough to do!

My wife and I really enjoyed eating here. The sauce taste like a custom recipe. I got the lasagna and my wife got the stuff shells. We also got garlic bread and meat sauce. The salad was delicious as it came with ham and plenty of cheese.
We are definitely returning to try additional meals.

Hungry for greek food and not many choices in and around leesburg. Decided to try Takis. Ordered chicken soulvaki. Large pieces of chicken and was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor. Service was good but they were not busy on a Monday

We went on a Wednesday evening and the restaurant was fairly empty of dine-in customers and doing a good amount of takeout service. Despite wait staff being pulled to process takeout orders at the register, they were very attentive which was impressive. Staff is very nice and professional.
Two people ordered the lamb chop platter in our party and both could not finish them because they were so tough but they said the seasoning was nice. I ordered the gyro platter with the rice pilaf. The platter came with pita bread and on the menu it said it was topped with cheese. Cheese on pita is not traditional in the northeast where we’re from and we are maybe spoiled with a good amount of cultural food. I asked them to leave the pita plain but it still came with some kind of buttery garlic coating on it. The souvlaki was was good, typical, and the tzatziki sauce was a little thicker than I’m used to but very tasty. The rice pilaf was very similar to the Knorr’s packaged rice one might buy in a grocery store and had the same overly salty bland flavor one could expect mixed in with the reconstituted vegetable bits that come with rice kits like that. Despite that, it was cooked nicely and the texture was good.
The Greek salad is good. The menu says it’s shredded and it is. That may not be typical of salad but it worked and the dressing is good, sort of like a sub dressing. If you like cheese, you’ll like the salad because they put an obscene amount on top. If you like olives, you’ll be disappointed because each of our salads only came with two.
None in our party ordered any Italian food and we were actually surprised to see Italian food on the menu of a restaurant with a Greek name. That’s America though, cultural fusion.
I think if you’re looking for decent food at a fair price and a low-key environment, it’s a good choice. Just order a baked potato instead of the rice and avoid the lamb chops.

Convenience is everything and when you’re paying for stuff to go or for pick up of course it’s convenience that you were paying for. I drive an hour just to come to Takis because my boyfriend loves their spaghetti so of course I tried it. It was enjoyable, but it was not consistent each time. It was either less meat or too much cheese or the sauce didn’t taste the same. So then I wanted to try a chef salad and boy was I disappointed I get home and I paid almost $15 for the salad. It was covered with mozzarella cheese the eggs that were boiled or green and the toppings were just tomatoes. It had ham rolled up in turkey and that was it. So of course I had to spruce it up by adding some cucumbers, onions, whatever else toppings I wanted and take at least the pound of mozzarella cheese off the top that it was covered with. Of course, I learned my lesson And they won’t be earning any more of my hard earned money and as for my boyfriend and his spaghetti he still likes it when I cook it, but of course we came for convenience.

Read a lot of reviews before coming here as we’ve been eyeing it since we moved here two years ago, finally decided to try it out.
Food was delicious and the portions were huge! Not just ours but others around us since we always like to look as we walk to our seat to see what looks good. Price of food was great as well, very reasonable for what we got.
The only really down side was our waitress. She was NOT friendly at all, barely spoke just nodded, and had an attitude. If it wasn’t for her, would’ve given 5 stars. The hostess helped us more than the waitress did, and each time she went back to the front counter, she had the dirtiest looks on her face. Definitely made our first time there not as great as hoped. But food makes up for it.

Food was absolutely delicious, I had two plates of the pita bread lol. Server was polite and quick, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable and pleasant and the restaurant itself was very clean and well decorated. Overall, 10/10 experience and I will be back.
