This place is amazing! I’ve missed the taste of authentic Japanese food, and although they add a southern twist to their dishes, the techniques create amazing dishes!
My favorite dish is the Korokke, it truly is a textural safe place for me with its crunchy outside and soft inside.
I have not had a single thing I disliked at Taki. It’s pricey but absolutely worth the splurge when I can afford it.

My wife and I don’t eat out much anymore — service is usually rushed or awkward, and the food is hit-or-miss. Taki-Ramen is the exception.
Lunch is affordable, the portions are perfect, and the food is consistently excellent — honestly, today was the best it’s ever been. Great job to the cooks today!
Huge shout-out to Ciara, who gives exactly the kind of service that makes us keep coming back: friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. She’s figured out our rhythm so well that the check is ready before we’re done eating, which we greatly appreciate. No waiting around, no awkward “trying to leave” moments — just smooth, respectful service.
She genuinely makes the experience better every single time we’re here.
Management — take care of her. The only way you should ever lose someone like her is because you helped her grow into something even better.
If you’re looking for great ramen and a place that actually gets it right every time, this is it.

This place when I walked in it seems like I was in a new age style Japanese traditional restaurant. I’ve got to try some foods I’ve never had before and it was so delicious I wish the bowl was even bigger. We even tried a Japanese soda which is like a sparkling water with a lot of flavor. You might have trouble opening the bottle because I know it gave me a lot of trouble trying to get it open you’ll see in the pictures there are lots of options for vegetable entrees and you feel so much more healthy when you eat it this place. I will probably return to this place Taki Ramen. It’s a must to eat the prices are a little bit more but the food is way better than your average restaurant. And when you go take someone with you and order an appetizer before you eat your meal that way you can try all the sauces that they have to offer

I got the yasai ramen and my son got the regular miso ramen. Honestly some of the best ramen I’ve had in a while. The broth was really flavorful and good. They give the spicy paste on the side so you can make it as spicy as you want. Definitely going to come back and try other ramens. The gyoza was good too but I forgot to take a pic

I didn’t know that they close for lunch from 2p-5pm so that took me for a loop but I tried their food and it was actually the best thing I’ve ever had.. loveeeeeee the vibes!

This is my second time visiting Taki Ramen. It was a hit and miss experience. Our first trip was amazing so maybe it was an off night. First, beware the yakisoba. If you are a fan of the distinct flavor of bonito mixed with a smoky brisket and smoky sauce then you may enjoy it, but I prefer my bonito in a soup. Subtle and complimentary, not front and center. This is the major reason for 3 stars. We had the bulgogi soft bun and they were delicious. Don’t laugh but slightly reminiscent of a sloppy joe taste. This is not bad just an idea of expected flavor. The ingredients were all well balanced and seemed to be quality. I had the chi-bob with seoul pop sauce. It was spicier than expected but tasty. The portion was a bit less than I would’ve liked, but who can tell with costs these days. Finally, my wife had the bulgogi rice. It was the best dish tonight. Just fatty enough beef with great rice and fresh corn, pickled jalapenos, green onion, and sauce. The combination was satisfying, rich and clean tasting all at once. I recommend it. I marked down service because while it was fairly busy our wait was significant. Even for our drinks. My wife’s drink order was incorrect and the bill was wrong. We paid the extra money on the bill because we like small business, but it was an annoyance. If you’ve made it this far…I still highly recommend a stop, but stick to ramen, apps, and curry. Oh and the bulgogi.
Update: Had the aka ramen 1/2 spice for lunch. Great spice and flavor. Had bonito fries. Amazing! The buns are always great

Satiated. Good…tried not to judge it through the lens of having lived in Japan for 20+ years. Lol. Atmosphere good. Food could be tweaked some. Servers were excellent. Would return. Solid winter weather eats choice.

We – a party of 4 – dined here one late afternoon mid March.
We got seated fairly quickly – but it took about 10 minutes before the server got to our table to take our order.
They have a very nice selection of food and beverages.
The food got served within an acceptable waiting time and it tasted very nice.
Only minus was that two of the four bowls was not really warm. As if they had been ready to be served for a while but not served in a timely manner.

One of the best Asian restaurants in town or in the area!! Food is excellent, but best of all, their service are wonderful!! Super sweet and nice staffs. We love our waitresses – Ciara and Caitlyn. They are the best!!!! Definitely recommend to family and friends. Will definitely come by every time when we in town!! ❤️❤️❤️

I really really appreciate them, they took care of my family made us feel important and provided excellent food and service above and beyond 5 stars!!!! Every dish was amazing, flavors were on point.
