I had a very nice experience at Taki Japanese Steakhouse. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are exceptional. The tableside chef was a highlight; he kept my grandchildren entertained and answered all their questions with intelligence and kindness.
The food portions are large, and the presentation is lovely. The menu offers a great variety of selections, and I appreciated how professionally and conscientiously the staff handled a shrimp allergy within our group. I even had enough leftovers for another full meal! I will definitely be returning.

As you walk in the host was pleasant, great smile and articulate. Melody listen and new exactly what we were looking for. The chef was accommodating and concerned everyone received what they ordered.
The amounts of each type of food was substantial and tasty. The staff was excellent.

The soup and salad were so good. Normally I don’t like the dressing at hibachi restaurants but this was fantastic. Chef Don was amazing. He knew the right amount of ingredients to put in normally I do not like hibachi because some of the flavors are usually too strong. I usually don’t like teriyaki but how he did it was absolutely amazing and tasted so wonderful. By far the best I have had in a long time.
Highly disappointed with the wait time. Took us 55 mins for a chef to start cooking for us we debated on even leaving. We had two kids with us and it was such a long wait for them.

When we come we normally sit in dine in, but today we sat in hibachi for our toddler’s sake. Our chef did the best performance while cooking an amazing meal. Ive seen a lot of hibachi shows but none with this much fire or fire sticks. The customer service was also suburb. Our waitress was very attentive. We will certainly be back. Thank you Taki

This is one of my favorite hibachi places in Hiram! My group went during lunch and we were the only people there. We had quick service and got started relatively quickly. I ordered the hibachi shrimp and salmon with fried rice. We got huge portions of rice and everything was cooked very well. One of my favorite things about this place is the amount of food because I usually take half home and have it for lunch the next day. Great experience and good service!

We went here after leaving a movie, an hour before closing. We were seated right away. We ordered the Georgia Roll as appetizer and 3 Hibachi Diners. If the prices seem high, the portion size is enough for 2-3 meals, so plan to take some home with you. Service was fast, friendly and not even a hint of rushing us nearing closing time allowing us to relax after a long day.

We are regulars at volcano but decided to try somwthing new. The fried rice is amazing. The portions were actually quite large. The yum yum was very lemony. They put on a very entertaining show. I wish the guy putring on a show at the next table hadnt been complaining about his trip to jail while cooking.
