This is a cool venue with a boxcar as the stage backdrop. The musical acts are typically very good; With nightly entertainment you cannot go wrong.
Plenty to drink, lots of decent food options, and even dessert!
Bring a camp chair as most of the time the place is packed!
Don’t forget to dance.

It has food stops like pizza etc. Ice-cream and doughnuts. A Center bar. Wine store. A well stocked butcher shop and of course a small market with all the usual suspects. It also has outside a stage with live music. It can get crowed on the weekends. Like today

Fantastic design with great shops and eateries. Mom is looking to buy here in the Villages and is thrilled to be moving up from North Palm Beach! I’m pushing 50 and my beautiful Italian mother is so much more active than I am. She and my brother, from Virginia, enjoyed having an adult beverage and truly enjoying the live bluegrass music. Plenty of people at the Market dressed with their Kentucky Derby hats on! HAPPY people everywhere. I’m thinking my mom might make some nice and cool friends!

As with all the village squares this is a beautiful place. This is definitely the smallest at the moment but they are growing and building a much larger square which if the person in the sales office was accurate, will actually be the largest and best. They still have a stage and music nightly.

The Sawgrass Show Kitchen is a First Class experience. Chef Scott Copeland is passionate, knowledgeable and understands everyday cooking – meaning the menu can be recreated in most home kitchens. Chef is also in tune with nutrition needs for Villagers and uses Village Grown veggies when available.

The Taste of Argentina (part 1) included a full 4 course meal with beverage. The servers and staff were fast, friendly and professional. The environment and equipment is the best.

Excellent opportunity for those that cook and for those that just like good food and want to go as a group.

Can’t wait to see what Chef Scott will do in the future with this great venue.

Great new village, Sawgrass Grove. Nice younger vibe (50s/60s). Market is nice w bakery, ☕️, meat store etc…Seating inside/out with bandstand and music nightly. Walking trails, pool, Beautiful newer community. No grocery store nearby that I could find though. I heard they will still be adding stuff here. I love TV. Everyone has their opinions but I ❤️ all TVs squares and neighborhoods! Only downfall is bad driving by the Golden oldies & the roundabouts ( you’ll see when you buy or visit!)

First time at this location, I have had the opportunity to visit the other three villages as several occasions. It is listed as a Market Place for good reason, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a pleese to meet with your friends and family grab something to eat and drink, entertain yourself and good atmosphere and sometimes if you’re lucky it may receive live entertainment. The evening I want was nothing but fantastic. And I’d like to see some photos.

We visited the Market at Sawgrass Groves on a beautiful Friday evening in April. The weather was perfect for being outside. This was our first time here. We don’t live in the Villages but visit. We’ve been to the other squares and the vibe here is more laid back. Maybe that will change when the houses are built out. We had cocktails and enjoyed the band for an hour and then had a nice dinner at the Irish pub. There is also a food courts with several dining options. All in all a very enjoyable evening.

Being the only place to get a great cup of coffee in Sawgrass, you’d think they would stay open later—especially with events that start later in the day. They close at 4 PM, which is prime coffee time for a lot of people and right when the festivities begin.

I even asked the bakery next door why they don’t serve coffee, and they said they can’t because of competition. But where’s the competition if Take 5 closes during the busiest hours? If Take 5 doesn’t want to stay open later, the bakery should at least be allowed to offer coffee.

Every time I go, Take 5 is closed, so a lot of people end up bringing their own. It’s a missed opportunity for the whole marketplace.

This seems like a really neat concept.

The star rating, though, is only based upon the fact that all we did was sit down and drink some coffee and water. Next time, we will have to get food and revisit the ranking.

It was very clean, and everyone we saw seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves.
