Stopped by the food truck at the Caribbean Club and I’m so glad I did. The fish tacos were amazing, thick, perfectly cooked pieces of fish and so much flavor. I was already halfway through mine before I even thought to take a photo. Add in the live music and sunset… such a great evening. Highly recommend!
