I ordered hibachi from here on DoorDash and it was SO good. The portions were huge — definitely got my money’s worth. The steak was super tender and cooked perfectly, not tough at all, and everything had great flavor.
They were generous with the yum yum sauce too (major win because some places barely give you any). Everything tasted fresh, satisfying, and arrived in great condition.
If I had to be picky, I just wish there were a few more veggies — but that’s honestly the only small thing. Overall, amazing portion sizes, tender steak, and great taste. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I received a warm welcome as I perused a pretty expansive and impressive menu, way more options than I was expecting from a “food truck”! I stood for quite some time trying to figure out what I was going to order, because honestly, I wanted it all LOL.
I ended up going with the chicken Bento box – I felt it gave me a nice sampling of a little bit of everything. Once my order was complete, and I grabbed the sack from the friendly staff, I thought “whoa, this is way heavier than I was anticipating!”
Once I sat down and pulled out what must be the world’s most perfect to-go container for a Bento box , my assumption about the portion was confirmed. What an incredible value! I knew I would have to take some back to the cabin with me, but I was sure to sample a little of everything while it was fresh from the kitchen.
The spring rolls were DELISH, so light and fluffy and crispy. And yes I ate them both right there, because we all know they won’t be as good reheated!! The California Roll was scrumptious as well, and yes I ate all of that onsite too LOL. The hibachi portion of the box was very tasty – the chicken had just the right amount of seasoning and sauce, the vegetables crisp and fresh, and the fried rice was on point.
I highly recommend Taka Hibachi & Sushi. I’ll be back, I’m sure many times. Looking forward to trying some of the other sushi options!!!

Great food and the people are very nice. The first time we went they accidentally forgot a side of crab rangoon so I asked the next I went to make sure it was there. They offered to make an extra one for free to make up for it. I really appreciate it and we’ll Definitely be back for more.

The food here was exceptional. I had the gyoza, as well as, the shrimp and steak hibachi. The rice was well seasoned. There were a bunch of vegetables and they provided a good amount of sauce. The steak and shrimp were perfectly cooked. The portion sizes were large enough to have another meal. Would definitely recommend it to others and eat here again.
