No one in my party like the food here and there were 6 of us. I was so excited about the papusas and they were disappointing. The slaw for them was also not very good. The margaritas only come in 1 size and they were not good either. But the bar turns into a club and that was a big plus. Go to have fun! Food might be better after a night of drinking and dancing.

Very nice inside, staff are all Hispanic but they were very helpful in trying to understand my English. It was big and seemed clean. Food was remarkable and for 2 dollar tacos on Tuesday they were on point!! The papusa was fire, it came with some kind of warm soup dip that was phenomenal!! Can’t wait to go back!! Chicken was seasoned on point and so was the steak!! Fresh toppings!! Great place to eat mad I just found it!!

El Tajin offers Mexican and Central American food. All their dishes are well seasoned and delicious. I have tried Sopa Marinera, Pollo Asado, Pollo con Tajadas and Huarache. You won’t be dissapointed. Please stop by and help local businesses

Unfortunately, my experience at Tajin Mexican Bar and Grill was disappointing. The welcoming when I first entered was very poor, with little to no greeting. While the atmosphere was decent, the service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress was not consistent, lacked a good attitude, and barely checked on our table throughout the meal.
The food arrived in a reasonable time, but the quality did not meet expectations — especially considering the price, which ranged from $20 to $30 per person. For that price, I expected much better service and food quality. Although a few dishes seemed more authentic, overall, the experience fell flat.
If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food with a clean environment and attentive service, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Sadly, Tajin did not live up to what I had hoped for.

Stopped by today for take out got a couple of tacos. Really nice staff. Food was ready pretty quick. Tacos were full sized tortillas which is nice. They had agua de guanabana which I like and never know a restaurant to have. Really liked that. Like the poster of the story they have on the wall.

I will say the food is good but service is horrible. Well my super burrito was good. My friend didn’t like her fajitas. Tacos were good, shrimp quesadillas was ok. Had to wait for a server. Waited to order a drink that took forever to get. My strawberry margarita tasted like strawberry juice. I thought since I had to wait so long for my drink it was gonna be yummy. The waitress never checked on us while we ate. We had to ask for silverware and water. For a table of 5 we got 1 basket of chips and one salaa she put it at the front of the table. I was excited to try this place. I will not recommend dining inside. I know for sure I won’t be back.

Never been and probably won’t be back. Worst chile rellenos I’ve ever had and the red sauce tasted more like franks red hot. Good rice and beans though and the staff were friendly.
